Our account has been suspended due to a past due invoice. We've used Optimum for years and have never been late on a payment, except for this one time. We have even paid the past due invoice, plus the current amount, totaling $***.** on this past check we issued. The invoice was paid on **** and the check was issued the same day, so you should have received the payment this past week. Every single phone number you have listed on your website and on the actual invoice itself, all direct you to the same automated answering service that wont allow you to talk to a human and refuses to transfer your phone call to anyone that may be able to help. Once it gets the account number, either via the phone number you're calling from or by entering it, it explains that the service has been suspended due to a past due invoice and immediately transfers me to billing, where there is no way for me to explain the the past due invoice has been paid via check, that should have been received this past week. We are a hotel that operated **** and can not be without WiFi services. It effects more than just our guest room WiFi, it effects the way certain other systems in our hotel operate and we can not function properly without these services. I would appreciate someone reaching out and contacting me to resolve this issue. Thank you.
