Today I had the worst experience with installation. I was switching back to optimum from Altice. * men arrived in separate cars, neither car had optimum on it. No badge but had equipment to install. I reluctantly let them in and turned out to be the worst service I have ever received. They did know how to correctly install Cablevision. When they left I could not record. Then the remote could not shut the tv off nor was it able to control the volum to make it louder or Lower. They left leaving behind * Altice remotes and a box. I called customer service, and the sent the techs to pick up what The left behind. The new remote does not work. I am using the old remote. I did manage to speak to someone at service who booked a visit for Sunday morning with a tech. I have never been this disappointed in Cablevision. We all pay a lot of money for Cable and I feel like I lost today, will not have it fixed tomorrow and hopefully it will run on Sunday. I don’t understand why you use incompetent technicians. I feel like I wasted a whole day between waiting and then incompetent installation.
