The issue in GetHuman-willymom's own words
On ******* I filed proper forms to have account name and billing address changed. The name change occurred, the address change went thruhowever it seems whoever submi*the billing for June, July ,August they incorrectly entered the address. No billing was received, no notification that there was an issue with payment. Your company shut off all services on ******* to my ** year old medically frail mother. Your company put my mothers health and saftey at risk leaving her no way to summon help, disabling camers that I use to observe if she is safe. You have no humans the to speak to yo ser see ehere the problem occurred. I yave been trying for * days and multiple hours waitng on hold to get competent assistance over the phone. Hours on hold to get help to get this problem fixed. I need someone in upper administration to give me a call. This is relly a very sad way to provide "service"
