The other day one of your representatives told me make sure I have $*** money order than I received an email today for me to have $*** money order I am a new optimum customer if I would of got the email a little sooner I could of got another one for $** but it's closed and tomorrow is Sunday ! As a new customer I was talking to this rep for over an hour asked a million questions and made sure $*** was right. We disconnected out FiOS on Wednesday . I am not happy and really need cable and like I told the other rep I hope optimum is the right choice because FIOS was a mess and a lot of money .
