Hello. How are you? I hope all is well. I am writing today about an issue my family and I have been experiencing for about * weeks now. We have the optimum triple play where our phone, TV, and internet, is bundled together. We have been with optimum for years. Over the past * weeks our internet, phone and TV services has been terrible. **I live with my mom and dad, I work and go to school and my dad works about ** hours a day. My mom doesn’t work. So we all use the phone, internet, and TV differently. If I were to assign one for each, based on our usage, I use the internet mostly, my mom uses the phone mostly, and my dad uses the TV. For the past * weeks, none has been working functionally. **Please help, this is super annoying because my parents are older and they don’t use the internet, but they use the phone and TV frequently, while I use mostly the internet cause of the PS*. Can’t game, can’t watch TV, mama can’t even call her friends on the home phone, everyone is frustrated and very disappointed with the service.** My dad keeps complaining about why are we paying a bill for a service that doesn’t even work, it’s just a all around hassle.**What’s worse is the fact that I try to contact customer support but it goes to an automated machine and I can’t even talk to a representative. **When I got on optimum online and try to speak to someone online, it’s still a robot, I just want to talk to a human and get this resolved, I don’t want to sue, I don’t want my money back, I just want my service to work properly the way that I pay the bills for it to work every month. Please help **For the service not to work * weeks out of a * week month, I am disgusted and don’t even want to pay my bill. **I rebooted my router, made sure all the wires are plugged in correctly, I even tried disconnecting all the wires for about ** mins and just resting everything, everything off and turning it back on ** mins later, and still nothing. **For the internet, I play video games, fortnite, *k and I’ll literally be in the middle of a fight and the whole screen will freeze for like ** second and come back after. **The TV will literally turn on and off to a black screen randomly.**The house phone will ring and my mom will answer and ** second is to the conversation the phone will hang up.**I see that optimum is having some sort of power outage, but this is unexceptable. *** weeks? Come on now. **& what’s worse is the communication is terrible, they say the service should be back up and running after a certain time and it doesn’t**I continuously try to call them and I end up talking to bots who tell me that they are working to fix it.***I just need help. Please fix my services. Thank you
