I called up Optimum because I received a card in the mail that said my payment had been returned when I reach the first gentlemen I asked where he was located he said he would not allowed to tell me I said you have all my information and I can even find out where you are located he said I’m sure you didn’t call to find out my location and then he hung up on me the next gentleman I called back soon as I gave my name he also hung up The third person I spoke to Also would not tell me where he was located when I called customer service I prefer talking to somebody in the United States if this is the way customer service says I’m going to I’m going to have to look also would not tell me where he was located when I called customer service I prefer talking to somebody in the United States if this is the way customer service says I’m going I’m going to have to look for alternate Cable and Internet service I’ve been a customer of yours for over ** some odd years this is not the way I expect to be treated thank you
