Lower my bill. ... Was promised call back within **-** minutes at *:**pm on Thursday *******. Still waiting. Hard to contact Optimum. Want to talk price of service. May cancel TV and phone and go to streaming. ********- received callback from a manager and I explained why I quit Optimum TV and phone. Have to keep internet service as they are the only game in my neighborhood. Customer retention rep was downright rude and condensending. I am now streaming for half the price and loving it.
Customers like me (*** years) require at the very least a courteous ad helpful experience. Not a nasty, rude and condensending phone conversation. Streaming is a real viable threat to their customer base. They should behave differently.
*** years. I expected respect at the very least. I was actually asked, "why are you wasting my time". There are a lot of people willing to take my money.

Call and pick option "I want to add to my current package". They will pick up the phone almost immediately. I'm leaving. Going to stream.
