I've been having issues with my internet going off for the past * days. They said that a service guy would come today. However, they called to cancel * hours ago. We thought well, let's go exchange our router and modem at the store. We brought the new router and modem back. When I follow the instructions to set it up i get a message back saying that there has been an internal service error and to call back. My stepfather has called twice now and fallen asleep with the hold music in the background. We work from home. We need internet.
