Help with my Optimum issue

I have learned that my service has been terminated on many channels since it was only until ****. I had downgraded my service to save money and then it was increased by your charging more for modem cost rising so the increase was $** more and my bill is now $***.** now in order to restore these channels again it will be another $***. What are you people trying to do? I don't know what I will do at this time but I certainly feel I will seek other options. I am a senior citizen and my use of tv is important to me but I hoping there are other options for me.
GetHuman-acali did not yet indicate what Optimum should do to make this right.
