Inability to connect to the internet. Fourth consecutive night without service. Outgoing hold message each night repeats “Due to unusually high call volume,” repeats endlessly. After four consecutive nights, the call volume doesn't seem so unusual.
GetHuman741380 did not yet indicate what Optimum should do to make this right.
