Help with my Optimum issue

My mother currently paid our bill promptly last night. And somewhere during the night the internet went out (Ethernet & WiFi) nothing was touched but the cable was working. Before she left for work in the morning she called you all and someone reset the cable to give a possible solution. It didn’t make matters better only made some of our channels unavailable. I work from home so I need internet to work.
No one called me.
GetHuman-prodigy did not yet indicate what Optimum should do to make this right.
