As an avid subscriber for many years, I'd like to express my disappointment with the recent changes to the magazine format. The smaller fonts and reduced color contrast on the glossy white pages have made it incredibly challenging to read. While aqua or yellow print may add a fresh look, it shouldn't come at the expense of readability, especially for those of us experiencing age-related vision changes. I'm wondering if there's an option to receive a print issue with more accessible features, or if a digital format with expandable, high-contrast print will be the only solution moving forward.

I need assistance cancelling my Oprah Magazine subscription. I visited the customer service site and logged in with my account number. When I navigated to the 'cancel subscription' section, the page displayed the title but no further instructions. In the past, I unsuccessfully attempted to stop receiving a different magazine, and when they transitioned to digital-only, they automatically enrolled me in Oprah Magazine. It has been a frustrating experience, and I am desperate to end this subscription. Your help in cancelling it would be greatly appreciated.

As an educator of 24 years, I wear many hats in my journey through life - from being a mom and student advocate to hosting international students and traveling the world. My colleague, Lynette Wescott, and I embarked on a new path two summers ago, applying for grants to continue our professional development. Meeting at McDonald's, our "north office," we tirelessly work on grant applications, securing opportunities to travel and learn. Our journeys have taken us from Brussels to Memphis, Charleston to Washington D.C., and upcoming trips to Washington D.C., New York, and Poland. We see these experiences as vital for personal growth and bringing back knowledge to our students. Many are interested in our adventures, and we aim to share our experiences with the world through various platforms. Hello Oprah, I'm reaching out regarding Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan. The challenges Prince Harry and his brother William face in fulfilling their calling from the Lord Jesus are linked to their continued influence by their father and the Queen. It seems the monarchy and clergy are not aligning with the guidance of the Holy Spirit to set these young men free to follow God's path. This has led to issues in young royal marriages. It's essential for the clergy to prioritize honoring God over the monarchy and speak out using scripture when faced with hate towards Meghan. The monarchy does not hold the power of the Holy Spirit. It is crucial for everyone to understand that God works independently in His ways, especially within the monarchy. Scripture reminds us of the importance of respect for all individuals in the eyes of God. The time is near for God to reveal his plans within the monarchy, without the need for permission from anyone. Best regards, Dianne Washington

Dear Mr. Trump and Family, I am a man of God with no bad records. I've been dealing with hardships caused by the VA for 40 years, resulting in lies, stalling, and fraud. Despite this, I believe I have won my case multiple times. Many influential individuals are eager to support me, with Yale College being the leading contender. They want to represent me in a lawsuit against the Secretary of Veteran Affairs. If you prefer to avoid this, please propose a quick settlement as you did 16 years ago. If offering the same disability benefits, retroactive pay, and also supporting my son, David K. Collins, kindly inform me promptly. Otherwise, brace yourselves, as Yale College and others may pursue legal action. I am a 65-year-old black veteran from Benton, Mississippi, dedicated to civil rights. My battling with the VA has been lengthy, but I remain determined to seek what is rightfully mine. Any assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. - Rev. Dolphus Collins, Jackson, MS.

Hello, Ms. Winfrey, I am writing to sincerely ask for your assistance during a difficult time. Currently residing in Portland, Oregon, with my brother due to challenges renting in Chicago based on previous evictions, I am seeking a new start. I would be immensely grateful if you could consider purchasing an apartment for me, where I am willing to pay $[redacted] monthly, including all utilities. Your kindness and generosity would mean the world to me. If this is something you would be willing to help with, please feel free to reach out to me directly at [redacted]. Thank you, Ms. Winfrey. Warm regards, Michael

My name is Paul, an Australian Aboriginal artist living with a disability. A couple of years ago, I was asked to create a painting for Oprah to be presented during a visit to Australia to meet an important Australian indigenous Elder, Bonita Marbo. Unfortunately, the visit was postponed, and Bonita Marbo passed away last year, receiving a state funeral. I'm reaching out because I still have the painting and believe it should fulfill its original purpose by being presented to Oprah. As an established artist, I recently exhibited a painting at the UN headquarters in New York, addressing challenges faced by Australian Aboriginal people with disabilities who identify as LGBTIQ. This artwork is now in the possession of the Canadian Minister for Sports, formerly the Minister for Disabilities. You can find more information about me and my work by searching for Paul Calcott or Paul Constable Calcott.

I have not been receiving The O Magazine despite canceling my subscription last year or the year before. I paid $12.00 for a trial subscription for my daughter and granddaughter which they never received until recently. After contacting Hearst Publishing, I discovered they charged $74.00 on a Mastercard without providing any card details. Several agents I spoke to were unhelpful and even hung up on me. The third agent, Paul, attempted to explain the situation and transferred me to a manager, Serina. Unfortunately, no resolution was reached, and I am left feeling frustrated. As a person on disability and food stamps, I feel taken advantage of. I will be more cautious in the future.

I have already attempted to unsubscribe twice over the weekend. In February, I contacted your magazine to participate in a promotion linked to Oprah. I was informed to subscribe and could unsubscribe by emailing you after a few weeks, which I did. However, I am disappointed because I still received a magazine and a bill. I tried to unsubscribe once more but it seems to have been overlooked as I received another bill. I do not wish to receive your magazine. Kindly remove me from your mailing list and system promptly. Also, please ensure that this does not affect my credit report. I followed the proper procedure to cancel before receiving an issue, so I should not be held responsible. I do not want this to impact my credit adversely. Kindly rectify this situation promptly. Thank you, Cindy.

Subject: Seeking Assistance to Improve Living Conditions Dear Sir, I am reaching out for assistance in our current challenging situation. I am 63 years old and rely on social security retirement, while my wife is disabled with various health complications. We are also caring for our two disabled adult children, which presents ongoing difficulties and financial strain. Our living conditions are far from ideal, with a small and deteriorating house that lacks proper insulation, necessary repairs, and basic amenities. Our home is plagued with issues such as a leaking roof, high utility expenses, inadequate living space, and unsanitary conditions. We are struggling to make ends meet and cover essential costs, including medical bills and travel expenses for treatment. Despite our efforts to make improvements, we face financial challenges that hinder our progress. We are seeking guidance on potential grants or resources that could help us address these pressing concerns and create a safer and healthier living environment for our family. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Wayne Neal

I am Ms J.T. from Notting Hill Gate, England. I called Oprah Winfrey Magazine today at 6:14 pm London time regarding an unauthorized charge of £18.00 from my Nationwide Bank account to MAGSCONNECT. Last year, I tried to sign up for the online magazine but canceled due to delays. Today, a representative mentioned Subco, a Third Party Company, made the transaction without my consent. The provided Subco contact number was invalid. I did not authorize my bank details to be shared. Please refund my £18.00 and cease any future unauthorized charges from Oprah Winfrey Magazine, Subco, or any third-party entity.

After reading the Oprah interview with Malcolm Gladwell, I became curious about Sandra Bland's background. A quick search revealed her outstanding citations and DUI charges from [redacted] and [redacted], amounting to $7,[redacted] in debt prior to her arrest. Non-compliance was an issue in a past arrest related to a lane change violation. Bland had a history of self-harm and suicide attempts. She made five phone calls from jail but her family didn't bail her out. It's crucial to comply with law enforcement requests, like when asked to put out a cigarette, to avoid confrontation. There are concerns about Gladwell benefiting from Bland's story, with Oprah involved in promoting it. Public education on how to handle encounters with officers could be beneficial.

Hi, I'm Demi, and I recently found myself in a nightmare scenario. Back in early August, I reported my brother-in-law, Warren Roberson of Patterson, after his grandson revealed that he had been sexually abusing his other relatives. This hit close to home for me since I too was a victim of his abuse between the ages of 5 to 11 or 12. The Patterson Police conducted an investigation and apprehended him on multiple charges related to sexual acts with minors. However, this is just the beginning. They have yet to address my report or that of the two children from Vallejo who initially came forward. It's heartbreaking to think that this predator has harmed multiple generations in our family. It's crucial that my family's voice is heard, especially considering the suffering endured by relatives going back to my mom and grandma.

I have been missing my monthly O Magazine for the past six months. My local post office advised me that the magazine is delivered by a private carrier. However, it seems that the carrier places it in the mailbox, which is against the law. The postal worker then takes it to the station and I never receive it. I have tried contacting the customer service number but have only been able to report the missing issues and have had my subscription extended by 2 months, which is not enough.

I encountered issues with my O Magazine subscription starting in July when my issues did not arrive. The problem persisted in August, and thinking it could be a mix-up with my neighbor's mail, I reported the problem at the local post office. The supervisor reassured me about the mail carrier's diligence. After contacting customer service on September 4, [redacted], I was informed that my subscription was extended to March [redacted] and that Door Front Delivery was handling my magazine deliveries. I reached out to Door Front Delivery via email to address the ongoing issue despite not requesting their services. I am still not receiving my O Magazine, causing me significant disappointment. Considering the circumstances, I would like to cancel my subscription and receive a refund for the undelivered magazines. While my subscription was paid up until December [redacted], it was extended to March [redacted], compounding my frustration.

I am facing issues with receiving my Oprah subscription through the newspaper. The latest issue arrived on October 25th, which is almost a month behind the current one. Despite contacting the local newspaper multiple times to address this delay, the problem persists. I prefer to receive the magazine by mail to avoid such delays. If the issue persists, I may need to cancel my subscription altogether. Other magazines I receive are always punctual, and I find it frustrating that my Oprah subscription lags so far behind. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly to ensure timely delivery in the future. Thank you, Christine Marrone.

I am seeking assistance for an upcoming project my small publishing company, TDG Publications, LLC, is undertaking. One of our recent works, a children's book called "Pancakes Every Morning," is currently being sold, with [redacted]% of the proceeds going to Compassion International. Our next project, "What if...?" aims to address various social issues facing our country today. We plan to present questions to college students from different political affiliations to showcase the common ground we share in addressing social inequalities. Our goal is to donate all profits to an organization that can make a significant impact. I am eager to discuss this project further and would appreciate being connected with a relevant contact person. Thank you.

I am a big fan of Oprah magazine, but I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing delivery problems. I have been a subscriber for years without any issues until recently. I missed an issue, and my November one never showed up. For the past few months, I have been receiving my magazine late when it's included in the newspaper. Despite requesting multiple times to have it mailed directly, I still haven't received it. I just contacted customer service again, and they mentioned it's still set for newspaper delivery. This inconsistency is disappointing, as I would prefer to receive it in the mail promptly to avoid missing out on content. I will give it a bit more time to resolve, but if the problems persist, I may have to reconsider my subscription. The situation needs to be resolved promptly, or I may have to cancel my subscription altogether.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am writing to share my heartbreaking story. My name is Phindile Florence Tahile from Harrismith. Unfortunately, my family lost our home to a devastating fire on February 28, [redacted]. The house was completely destroyed along with all our belongings. I work as a Professional Theatre Nurse to support my family, which includes my husband, who is unemployed and suffers from epilepsy, as well as two unemployed daughters and two grandchildren. After using our pension and savings to try and build a better future for our family by acquiring land, we were left with nothing after the fire. Despite my health issues and recent back surgery, I had to return to work to provide for my family. We are currently living in a small two-room house and have not received any assistance from the local municipality as promised. We would be grateful for any help or support during this difficult time. I have attached photos of our house before and after the fire. If there is any more information needed, please let me know. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Phindile Contact: [redacted] Work: [redacted] (Thebe Hospital) Daughter Thandiwe: [redacted]

I am currently facing a difficult situation where I have lost my home. My grandson was placed in foster care under unfavorable conditions, which was distressing for him. Subsequently, my son was unjustly sentenced to 8 years in state prison due to false accusations. As a result, I found myself homeless. When my grandson turned 18, he came back to live with me, adding to the financial strain as I couldn't afford to support him. My daughter, who has special needs, has always dreamed of having her own space where she can play with her dolls. I am struggling to provide a home for my family. My health is also deteriorating as I battle breast cancer. All I desire is a stable home where my children can be content without worrying about losing their grandmother or me not being able to provide for them, especially during the holiday season.
