I requested a refund in February [redacted] concerning my KLM tickets booked through Opodo. The journey involved transiting through Amsterdam with sudden COVID regulations changes. Despite KLM offering refundable travel vouchers, I faced challenges due to testing requirements. After initiating the refund process with KLM, they directed me to request the refund from Opodo since the bookings were made through them. While initially seeing progress on the Opodo app for my refund request, recent weeks show a lack of information and no communication regarding the status. I appreciate any help with this matter. Good afternoon, I wanted to inform you that I purchased a ticket for a relative through Opodo for a trip to Ivory Coast on 03/05/[redacted] with Air France using booking reference NPJKGH and ticket number [redacted][redacted]. I was concerned to see a charge of £59.99 for subscription fees deducted from my account. I do not wish to subscribe to any of your products, and any inadvertent selection of subscription options may have been an error. Kindly refund the charged amount to my card. Thank you.

On February 23, [redacted], we attempted to change our flights with Opodo from May [redacted] to September [redacted] due to a travel ban. Unfortunately, they did not have any available options, so we decided to cancel the flights. They assured us they would send an email within 3 days, but we never received it. When I called back on the 26th to inquire about our refund, they explained that they do not process refunds and advised me to contact Ryanair. However, we were unable to submit the refund request to Ryanair without their 6-digit reference number, which Ryanair should have provided to Opodo. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to Opodo by phone and email, we have not received a response or the necessary reference number. Our bank has also reached out but to no avail. This seems like a straightforward matter that needs resolving. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have been waiting on hold for 40 minutes after trying multiple phone numbers. It appears challenging to connect with your staff due to the extensive use of automated systems. I booked flights to South Africa a year ago, and the British government has now restricted travel to this destination. I am seeking a refund for my booked flights. Swiss Air advised me to request the refund through your airline. Despite the circumstances making travel illegal, obtaining a refund should be straightforward. I received a refund from Gulf Airline for 4 return tickets to Oman due to my flight being canceled because of Covid-19. The refund was sent to my travel agent, Opodo, in Nov [redacted]. Despite being assured by Opodo's automated system that the refund would reach my bank account in 3-7 working days, it has not arrived after more than six months. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach a live representative at Opodo as my calls only go through to a machine. I have emails from Gulf Airline confirming the refund was sent to Opodo and recordings of Opodo's automated messages promising the refund would be in my account in a few days. I am still waiting for the refund to be processed by Opodo.

I am urgently seeking assistance. My son is currently at San Jose Airport in Costa Rica. He has purchased a flight through your service but is experiencing difficulty accessing the necessary information to complete the boarding pass. As we are based in the UK, we are trying to assist him remotely. Unfortunately, his phone is unable to download the app, causing significant distress as he missed a previous flight. It is currently 2 am at his location, and he is feeling anxious while sleeping on the airport floor alone. Hello, I would like to request a refund for my cancelled Air India flight booking. My book reference number is [redacted]. I was unable to board my flight from New Delhi due to missing visa details at the time of booking on the app. Air India has confirmed that I am eligible for a full refund, which can be processed through Opodo. I had a flight booked from Gatwick to Kos on June 13, [redacted], with TUI Airways. Unfortunately, TUI canceled the flight, but Opodo hadn't contacted me. When I checked my booking on Opodo, it still showed as confirmed. To resolve the issue, I rebooked directly through TUI for June 12. After a challenging and expensive call, Opodo rebooked me on Thomson Airways without prior notice. Eventually, TUI sent a refund breakdown to Opodo on June 3, prompting me to contact them. After providing proof of the refund, Opodo requested the last 4 digits of my card to process the refund. I provided the information, but since then, I have not received any further communication despite sending multiple emails inquiring about the refund status.

Hello, I made a booking through your website for this summer. I booked 4 flights for Tel Aviv - Milan on July 22, [redacted] with confirmation code WIZZ AIR: LL84JB. The return flight on August 5, [redacted] from Milan to Tel Aviv with confirmation code WIZZ AIR X6UJYE. I contacted Wizz Air to ask some questions regarding Covid-19 and to ensure that the checked baggage I added was properly registered in their system. To my surprise, I discovered that on the return flight, where I booked 2*32kg for passenger David Jonathan Ichay and 2*32kg for passenger AARON ICHAY, Wizz Air does not have this data. They informed me that Opodo only paid for 3*32kg for passenger ICHAY AARON. There is a missing 1*32kg on the return flight, even though your confirmation email clearly stated 2*32kg for each passenger (which I paid for). Please contact me urgently to rectify this error. J'ai contacté Wizz Air pour des questions liées à la Covid-19 et pour vérifier que les bagages en soute que j'ai ajoutés étaient bien enregistrés dans leur système. Je viens de découvrir avec surprise que sur le vol de retour, où j'ai réservé 2*32kg pour le passager David Jonathan Ichay et 2*32kg pour le passager AARON ICHAY, Wizz Air n'a pas ces informations. Ils m'ont informé qu'Opodo a payé uniquement pour 3*32 kg pour le passager ICHAY AARON. Il manque donc 1*32 kg pour le vol de retour alors que dans votre email de confirmation, il est bien mentionné 2*32 et 2*32 (que j'ai d'ailleurs payé). I made a reservation for RyanAir flights through Opodo for my family in August. According to my confirmation, I should be able to manage the booking easily via the Opodo app. However, when I tried to cancel or modify the booking through the app, it directed me to RyanAir's website where I couldn't proceed without a RyanAir reference number. Despite attempting to reach Opodo customer service for help, I faced challenges as the phone line was unresponsive, and the online chat provided automated unhelpful responses. I also tried filling out the Customer Verification Form on RyanAir's Screen Scraper Page, but was unable to due to issues with destination options on the form. Calling RyanAir's customer service line proved futile as it was constantly busy. I hope someone from Opodo or RyanAir can reach out to me via call or email for assistance with my booking. So, there is a missing 1*32 on the return flight, whereas in your confirmation email with all the details, it shows 2*32 and 2*32 (which I have paid for). To whom it may concern, I recently received an email from Opodo informing me that our return flights (U7WYDA) were canceled and that they were working on refunding the fees from the airline. Due to this, Sean Moorhouse has decided not to travel with us and has booked another flight. However, I later got an email from Opodo stating that the flights have been reinstated. As Sean Moorhouse will no longer be joining us, I have found a replacement named Niall McKinnell. I kindly request that you change the name on Sean Moorhouse's ticket to Niall McKinnell at no additional cost to us. Regarding booking reference IDUYXH: Hello, I recently made a flight reservation from Athens to London for June 27, [redacted]. The booking included two checked bags weighing 30kgs each, for which I paid over £[redacted]. After receiving the confirmation email, I noticed that the luggage allowance had been reduced to 20kgs, which is not what I agreed to while booking. It is disappointing to experience this discrepancy, especially from a reputable company like Opodo. I selected this flight specifically for the 30kgs luggage allowance and paid nearly £[redacted] in total, leaving me unable to afford additional fees. Hello, I am reaching out to share my recent experience with Opodo. After purchasing my ticket, one of the bookings was unexpectedly canceled. I have made numerous attempts to contact Opodo regarding this matter but each time I call, I struggle to reach them. I have encountered difficulties as they mentioned I am not a prime member without providing further assistance. Additionally, the email address associated with my booking was locked, preventing me from receiving any communication from them. I would like to request a change from [redacted] to [redacted] My name is Umaru K. with the booking reference [redacted]. The flight was from London Heathrow airport to Freetown on 20/07/21 returning on 09/07/21. The outbound airline was Sn Brussels, and the return was with Royal Air Morocco, which has been canceled. I recently received a message from Opodo informing me that Lufthansa has cancelled my family's outbound trip to Nigeria on July 29th. They provided an alternative for the next day and asked for my confirmation, which I promptly gave. However, I still haven't received the new tickets after 24 hours as promised. I've checked the "manage my booking" section and there are no changes, and Lufthansa couldn't find my booking either. I've tried contacting Opodo multiple times, but due to a high call volume, I can't reach anyone. The recorded message states they are currently prioritizing tickets with earlier travel dates. I kindly request Opodo to send me the new tickets soon, as I'm uncertain about my travel date at the moment.

My flight to London in August [redacted] was canceled due to Covid, and I have been stuck in Cancun since. I've been struggling to rebook my return flight with BA and Iberia. Despite numerous attempts to reach Opodo by phone, I keep getting the same message about high call volumes. I've also tried reaching out via Facebook and the website, but it's been impossible to contact them. The website doesn't recognize my reference number, and I missed the deadline to book my flight back on July 3rd. I reached out to Resolver for help previously, but I didn't receive any assistance. Sadly, I'm now stranded in Mexico with no means of returning home.

I am hoping to get some assistance regarding an issue with my recent trip booking. The trip was supposed to cost $[redacted].16, but my checking account was charged $[redacted].55 and $9.36 instead. I have tried resolving this through the robotic chat without success, and my emails have gone unanswered. Today, when attempting to cancel the trip, I was informed that I might not receive a full refund. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges, but they have not been able to assist me. I made a booking with reference number [redacted] for June of this year. Due to the uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 situation, I requested to hold the tickets open until next year. The outgoing flight with British Airways was successfully held until 5/10/21; however, the return flight with Easyjet was not confirmed in the email I received, stating, "we are contacting the airline for the same. We request you to kindly wait for the update." After waiting and not hearing back, I contacted by phone and was advised to contact Easyjet myself. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to reach Easyjet and fear I may have lost the opportunity for the return flight. As I am now looking into flights for next year, I notice that British Airways has the same flight available, although it is not being advertised in your system. Can you please provide me with an update on the status and availability of my open ticket with British Airways at this time?

I am having trouble adding my minor son's documents to the booking folder. He is 15 years old but was considered an adult because the ticket price is for adults from 12 years old. I spent the whole day on the phone with OPODO this morning, who asked me to contact Vueling. Vueling then redirected me back to OPODO, claiming they couldn't do anything.
