It seems that opodo does not care about its clients. I requested date change (I purchased a flexible ticket) for my flight on the **th of October (in * days' time) about a week ago, but still haven't received any reply (other than the automatic notice that my message hit home). I wrote several times....nothing had changed. Will you decide to contact me or will send your message of apologies after the departure time has past? *My new departure date should be after the **th of January
