We're due to fly from London to Sydney via Singapore next month, returning from Christchurch, via Singapore, to London in December. The flights into Sydney and out of Christchurch have been cancelled. We want a refund for ALL flights but are only being offered a voucher and not for the flights between London and Singapore

GetHuman-robbjua did not yet indicate what Opodo should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-robbjua fixed the problem
I called Opodo on **** *** ****. The wait was long but the issue was then resolved without difficulty. I have received an email confirming that the flights have been cancelled and that I will receive a refund, but that this may take up to SIX months. I wait with baited breath....
