Opodo ref: ********** Easyjet has sent me an email advising my flight from Bilbao to Stansted on July ** has been cancelled and I can claim a refund. When I contact Easyjet they in effect tell me that because I did not book direct with them I need to make my claim form the agent I booked the flight with - in effect yourselfs, however your website does not appear to actually offer refunds. One is sent in circles trying to obtain a refund. As I am now ** years old I feel it is unlikely I will ever fly again - this was going to be a special holiday and therefore a voucher for a futures flight in pointless.
