I received an email from opodo.de today concerning my ticket no. **********, for my trip on May *th, **** to Chicago, which due to the Corona Crisis, was cancelled. Lufthansa told me that the ticket woud be put on hold to be rebooked any time until April ****. Why is opodo sending me information that they were able to work out a refund for a flexible ticket for my use any time plus a €** additional refund on top of the ticket price I already paid? What is the meaning of this information and what is required on my part? Momentarily it is not possible to fy from Frankfurt to Chicago. How long will this Flexi-ticket be valid?
