I booked a one-way Georgian Airways flight to Tbilisi, Georgia, departure ** September ****, with Opodo.*My Opodo Booking reference is ***********Georgian Airways has cancelled the flight.*Opodo's Manage My Booking facility instructs me to "Select one of the following options offered by the airline: *Option * I accept a voucher refund*Option * I would like to rebook for new dates"*Neither is acceptable.*And neither are these the only Georgian Airways options. On its website Georgian Airways notes that, in accordance to the several conventions it is party to, if it cancels a flight "it shall, at your *the customer's* option, either:**.*.*.* Carry you at the earliest opportunity on another of our scheduled services on which space is available without additional charge and, where necessary, extend the validity of your Ticket* or**.*.*.* Within a reasonable period of time re-route you to the destination shown on your Ticket by our own services or those of another Carrier, or by other mutually agreed means and class of transportation without additional charge. If the fare and charges for the revised are lower than what you have paid, we shall refund the difference* or**.*.*.* Make a refund in accordance with the provisions of Article **.*.*Article ** - Refunds***.*.* If we cancel a flight, fail to operate a flight reasonably according to schedule, fail to stop at your destination or Stopover, or cause you to miss a connecting flight which you hold a reservation, the amount of the refund shall be:***.*.*.* If no portion of the Ticket has been used, an amount equal to the fare paid."*Opodo is my agent in this matter. It has taken my money. I require it to rectify this issue.
