If within a week you do not send the refund for booking number [redacted] cancelled by Emirates (they informed me via email that the flight was cancelled and over the phone they directed me to Opodo for the refund, but Opodo did not send any information via email about what had happened), on Monday, April 27, [redacted], I will report to the Visa network and my bank, Widiba, who paid for the tickets, the lack of service provided by Opodo for the total refund of the amount paid to Opodo. I reserve the right to request any damages incurred for the delay and to potentially report the situation to the Postal Police if it is not resolved (I would like to remind you that Emirates also offers a refund for the cancellation). - Martin Paolo Raffaele and Marsilio Rita.

On 6 February [redacted], I booked a flight to Naples with a hotel through Opodo for 5 April [redacted] until 9 April [redacted]. The outbound flight was with Eurowings and the return flight with Laudamotion. The booking number was [redacted]. The return flight was canceled, and I booked a new one with Opodo with booking number [redacted]. Due to the Corona crisis, I tried to contact Opodo via their hotline but had trouble getting through as the automated system didn't recognize my booking numbers. After numerous failed attempts to reach Opodo, the hotel informed me they initiated the cancellation and refunded the money to Opodo since I booked with them. Opodo should process my refund. Post my planned trip ending on 9 April [redacted], Opodo recognized my booking number and referred me to the airline. The airline stated I booked a package deal with Opodo and advised me to contact them. However, I can only reach Opodo's automated system over the phone, which directs me to the airline. I have received no information regarding the hotel. The hotel has already refunded the money to Opodo, but I have not heard from them nor reached anyone. I am seeking a refund or at least to speak to an Opodo representative.

I booked a flight + hotel to Tallinn for 6 people with booking number [redacted]. Unfortunately, our fellow traveler Manfred S. passed away. The cancellation was sent by registered mail on 03.04. Renate and Detlev D. are in the high-risk group for Corona due to pre-existing conditions. Their cancellation was sent on 14.04. I haven't received any cancellation confirmation for all 3 travelers yet. I have spoken to Baltic Airlines and arranged the cancellations, and the flights for the remaining travelers (Barbara S., Jürgen S., and Marion S.) have been rebooked. However, I do not see any corrections in my booking details on the app, and I still cannot confirm if the Hestia Europa hotel for the three canceled spots has been canceled. I am unable to reach any of your hotlines by phone. I request a clear response by 8.5.20. Best regards, Marion S.

Dear Sir or Madam, I purchased a flight ticket from you, scheduled to fly from Paris to Dakar/Senegal on 27.02.[redacted] and return from Dakar to Paris on 27.03.[redacted]. I am still in Dakar several weeks after my scheduled return and have been unable to arrange a way back. I have made efforts to secure a return flight, reaching out to Air France, Air Senegal, the German Embassy, and various individuals for assistance, with no success. Dear Sir or Madam, We are all facing challenges during these times. However, it is unacceptable for a company to completely cease all services and ignore customers. At the end of March, I had booked a flight to Paris for myself and my friend with your company, which was cancelled due to the circumstances we are all aware of. It is inexplicable that I have not received a refund or at least a voucher from you up to this point! It is my right to be reimbursed for the travel expenses! Instead, I am being blocked from reaching your hotline and informed that my booking number is not recognized. You have one week to contact me via email. If I do not hear from you, I will: 1. Report you to consumer protection agencies, 2. Share your actions in all media outlets, and 3. Hire a lawyer. Booking Number: [redacted] I canceled four flights on March 30, [redacted], due to travel restrictions and the coronavirus crisis - 2x Air Canada and 2x Westjet on May 16th. I responded to the automated information emails on April 22, [redacted]. Yesterday, I received an email from Air Canada saying our seats had changed. Today, May 12, [redacted], I spent 90 minutes on hold trying to reach someone at Opodo to understand what was happening. I then canceled the flights again through the portal with the option for reimbursement. The Opodo representative, who seemed to be working with a child in the background, abruptly ended the call after about 5 minutes - the line went dead. The flight on May 16, [redacted], is a connecting flight to Air Canada [redacted]. This flight was booked with another agency and was canceled and refunded without any issues. On April 6th, [redacted], my flight got canceled due to COVID-19, and I requested a voucher refund from Opodo. However, I've been unable to reach them by phone, only getting an answering machine. Despite receiving an email outlining the voucher process, it's been a month, and there's still no clarity on when I'll receive it. I urgently need to make alternative flight arrangements. Can someone please assist in contacting Opodo regarding this matter?

I have booked four flights with Aegean Airlines through 'Opodo', specifically flight numbers A3639, A37372, A37359, and A3638. Due to Covid-19, all these flights have been cancelled. I am seeking a full refund for the total cost of these flights. Despite my attempts to request a refund through both Opodo and Aegean Airlines, I have been faced with challenges. Opodo directed me to Aegean Airlines, while Aegean Airlines directed me back to Opodo. Obtaining the refund that I am entitled to due to the cancellations has proven to be a challenging process. I am requesting a full refund for all four cancelled flights promptly.

Refund Status #[redacted] I am seeking information on when we can expect the refund. Opodo Booking Number: ([redacted]) Ryanair Booking Number: WC84MK | March 26 - March 30, [redacted] After more than 6 weeks, they have failed to acknowledge our valid cancellation and process the refund, which is disappointing given their business practices. The hotline, supposedly overwhelmed, is only further inconveniencing frustrated customers. There is no central complaints department with an email address. Everything they have communicated so far seems fabricated (in modern terms, fake news), aiming to delay customer refunds. The truth lies elsewhere, as evident from the response from NH Hotel in Spain. Therefore, I urge them to process the refund immediately! Alfred H.

Hello, today is Saturday, May 23, [redacted], and as of now, I have not been informed by you about the cancellation of the flight AFUPRA from Bilbao to Stuttgart scheduled for tomorrow. My attempts to obtain a voucher have all been unsuccessful. According to Regulation (EC) No. [redacted]/[redacted] of the European Parliament and of the Council dated February 11, [redacted], you are obligated to provide timely information and offer a full refund of the ticket cost in the event of a flight cancellation, within 7 days. So far, you have not taken any action! I am willing to accept a voucher for the transportation costs, but someone from your team needs to contact me. I expect this to happen promptly. I have made two bookings with Opodo for my friend and myself to fly from Luton to Budapest on May 18 via Wizzair. I received information from Wizzair about receiving credits, but I cannot find any details on their website. They stated that the responsibility lies with the booking agency. Additionally, I reserved a car from Budapest airport for May 18 with a £20 deposit, expecting to pay the remainder on May 11. However, the full payment was deducted on May 12, despite not being able to use the car. I am seeking credits from Wizzair for the flight and a full refund of the car hire amount.

I made flight reservations with Opodo through InterCarribean from Antigua to the British Virgin Islands and back. However, on the return, InterCarribean canceled our original flight without much notice, forcing us to take a mid-afternoon flight that caused us to miss our connecting flight back to LGW. We had to book a last-minute flight with Liat, costing us an extra £[redacted]. Despite contacting Opodo since March regarding a refund, they have yet to resolve the issue. Today, when I tried calling the number provided, it is no longer in service. I have sent three emails, with the last advisor confirming receipt. I'm unsure of the next steps as I cannot find a complaints procedure.

Hello. I am reaching out regarding a flight booking for 2 adults and 1 child from Bangkok to Vienna with a stop in Istanbul on June 6th. I received an email regarding my cancelled flight and the refund process. I was asked to provide the last 4 digits of my bank card. Although I missed a call from your team, I provided an alternate phone number and available call time via email three times, but I have not received any response yet. REFERENCE: [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, When I booked the flight with the reference number above on your website yesterday, the message stated: "Free cancellation within the next 13 hours." I tried multiple times to reach your customer service team within the given time through phone (long waiting times!), SMS, and email to cancel the booking and re-book at a lower rate, but unfortunately, I was unsuccessful. I kindly request a refund of the price difference between the two flights as a gesture of goodwill due to my inability to cancel and re-book despite my continued efforts to reach you and the assurance of cancellation on your website during booking. In October [redacted], I booked return flights for four people with Opodo. Unfortunately, in early April [redacted], KLM canceled the flights, leaving us in a situation where Opodo has not been providing clear communication, aside from offering to act as an intermediary for vouchers. I would like to exercise my right to a cash refund from KLM, as they are now offering this option. I am seeking a full refund from Opodo for the tickets purchased, as I do not wish to accept vouchers. I believe I am entitled to a refund by law in this situation, as the service has not been delivered as promised.

I made a booking with Opodo on June 3rd, [redacted], reference [redacted]. I did not receive a cancellation email, but when I checked the website, it showed my flight from Toronto to Marseille has been canceled. Air Transat advised me to contact Opodo for any changes. I need to know if my Marseille to Toronto flight is also canceled. I must be in Marseille by July 2nd, [redacted]. Can you change my reservation to ensure this? Air Transat has no flights until July 23rd, so I request a switch to another airline to reach Marseille by July 2nd, [redacted], willing to pay the price difference. I prefer a new booking over a voucher with Air Transat.
