There seems to have been some confusion regarding the Prime membership status associated with my email address. During his visit in March [redacted], my son used my email to sign up for Prime, possibly using my Visa card for payment which led to a new profile being created under the name Dr. Craig Naumann. I have been receiving Opodo emails addressed to "Hi, Craig" since then. If I am indeed registered as a Prime member, I would like to cancel the membership by 31.03.[redacted] as we do not need two memberships. My son, who is frequently traveling in Africa for UN work, requires the Prime benefits. Please confirm and proceed accordingly. Thank you. Regards, BN, [redacted]

Airline Reservation Code: Jakarta (JKT) to London (LON) with Etihad Airways: PJ93OU Hello Opodo, I previously spoke with someone who assured me they would call me back, but I have not received a response since this morning. Due to the current situation with the coronavirus, I will no longer be traveling to London on the 22nd/23rd of March. Additionally, the Indonesian government is not allowing return flights from the UK. I have already arranged with your staff to reschedule my flight dates. The new itinerary is from JKT to LHR on the 14th of June [redacted] and the return flight from Casablanca to Kuala Lumpur on the 16th of August [redacted]. I engaged your service on March 19, [redacted], through the Opodo website to book a flight from London Heathrow Terminal 4 to Abu Dhabi International. The Etihad Airways flight EY 18 was set to depart at 21:05, landing in Abu Dhabi at 8:05 on March 20th. Following an 18-hour 50-minute transit, the flight was to depart from Abu Dhabi's Terminal 3 to land at Murtala Muhammad International Airport at 8:10 on March 21st. Despite receiving a booking reference number, [redacted], when I tried to check in at the airline counter, I was informed that my booking was not in their system. Despite contacting the provided number, [redacted], I was unable to reach anyone for assistance. Ultimately, I missed my flight, and I am now seeking either a refund or an alternative booking to return to Nigeria within the next few days. Thank you.

Opodo Booking Reference [redacted]: I have a flight booked with Bangkok Airways, but I received an email from Bangkok Airlines stating that my flight is cancelled. However, when I check my booking on Opodo, it still shows as confirmed. I have already reached out to the airline regarding the cancellation of my flight PG308 from Trat to Bangkok, as they are still selling tickets for it. Unfortunately, as a UK citizen, I'm unable to take the second leg of my flight to Cambodia. To remedy the situation, I had to buy an expensive flight back to the UK from Bangkok. Now, I'm low on funds and need a flight booked and paid for from Trat to Bangkok on March 28th at 6:30 pm. I've contacted Bangkok Airlines for a refund to cover these additional expenses but haven't received a reply yet. It's concerning that Opodo still displays my flight as confirmed. I'm in a difficult position and require assistance or compensation from Opodo and Bangkok Airways.

I have been attempting to cancel my flight for the past week due to the travel restrictions in South Africa. The process has been challenging as I have faced difficulty reaching customer service. Each time I call, I am put on hold for over two hours only for the call to disconnect. With my flight scheduled within the next two hours and the country under lockdown, I urgently need assistance with my situation.

I have reported this issue multiple times over the phone. Initially, the website displayed a total of $[redacted], as documented in a photo. When attempting to pay, I was charged $[redacted], a discrepancy the company dismissed, accusing me of dishonesty. Shortly after booking, I promptly requested a cancellation and refund of the $[redacted], only to be informed it was non-refundable. Subsequently, I discovered only one of my flights had been canceled, although I booked a round-trip package. Despite numerous calls to three different managers, including Manager D, who promised an email within 24 hours after reviewing the calls on March 11th, I have yet to receive a resolution. I believe this treatment constitutes fraud or theft and am seeking a refund as this action seems unlawful.

Opodo Ref **********. I am currently in San Jose, Costa Rica, and mistakenly booked a flight from San Jose, California to London for today, **.**.**** instead of the correct location. I have been trying to reach an agent for several hours last night and again this morning but have had no success. I urgently need assistance and would appreciate it if Opodo could change my flight before the mid-afternoon expiration time. Despite continuous attempts to reach out to Opodo throughout the day, I have only received automated responses and no real help. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I received an email from Opodo informing me that my flight (booking number [redacted]) scheduled for 28th March [redacted] was canceled. The email advised me to contact support. I attempted to reach the German support using the provided number, but during the call, the system would not accept my booking number. Consequently, I was unable to cancel my flight. When I tried to cancel online using my email address and booking number, the website prompted me to contact support instead. I would appreciate any assistance in canceling my booking.

We had booked a round-trip ticket from London to Melbourne that was supposed to depart on the 27th of March, but due to the coronavirus situation, the flight got cancelled. Etihad's website offers options to reschedule, but as we booked through Opodo, they're not allowing us to change the flight directly with them. We've been trying to reach out to Opodo all week without any success. They sent us an email about a significant schedule change but provided no details, even though Etihad's site shows the flight as canceled. We just want to rebook the flight as advised by Etihad.

Hello, I am currently in Australia and faced a flight cancellation issue with Emirates. I made an alternative booking through Opodo for a Virgin Australia flight to Munich. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach Opodo and am now seeking to cancel my flight. I have exhausted all other options and hope to free up the seat for another passenger. Dear Sir or Madam, Due to the "Corona Virus" situation, I had to cancel both flights. The first flight with the number W4V866 and booking number: [redacted] was already canceled free of charge. However, I have not received any refund! I was informed that I would receive the full refund by phone on 16.03.[redacted]. There is also an issue with my second cancellation for the flight from Izmir to Munich with the number A6X9SA. Booking number: [redacted]. Flight on March 17, [redacted] - Izmir to Munich 12:30 - 1:25 PM. I have not received a refund for this booking either! I am a Turkish citizen residing in Austria. As the borders from Austria to Germany have been closed due to the virus spread, no one can pick me up from Munich Airport. This was decided by the German government, so the fault does not lie with me but with the German government. I do not know anyone from Germany, and I cannot drive to Austria myself due to health reasons. Thus, I was forced to cancel this flight due to unforeseen circumstances, with the fault of the cancellation not being mine. I am following up on my recent communication with Opodo regarding my request for a refund for my flight booking referenced under Q9ME6C. On 10th March [redacted], I contacted Opodo to inquire about deferring my travel ticket to the next year; however, due to the current circumstances, I was advised to seek a refund. Opodo informed me that they have submitted the request for a refund to Aeroflot and I should wait for 72 hours for their response. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Opodo, I have faced challenges in getting through to them. Aeroflot has confirmed that the flight SU262 was affected by the Covid-19 outbreak, leading to its delay or cancellation. As a result, they are exempt from compensation liability under EC [redacted] regulations. Additionally, my scheduled flight for 29th March from London Heathrow Airport has been cancelled, contrary to what is displayed on the Opodo app. I am seeking a refund of £[redacted].36, the amount I paid for this booking on 7th July [redacted]. I appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, All my flights for April 3rd from Dublin to Delhi via LHR have been canceled by the airline.
