The issue in GetHuman-eloyferr's own words
I booked with Opodo a return flight Bangkok to Hanoi ** of January and return ** of January and the dates were correct in the Travel Itinerary email sent back to me from Opodo. The flight to Hanoi on ** was successful, but when I was about to get my flight back to Bangkok on ** they can*t find me on the system for check in and it was because on the email sent to me for Air Asia they mistaken the date with "** of December" . I had to buy a new ticket on the airport, so I want a refund of my ticket and the money I spent for the new tickets.**Obviously it was a communication mistake between Opodo and Air Asia, the return date is almost one month before the first flight from Bangkok.**I can send to you all the emails and receive for the new tickets bought at the airport in Hanoi. **Thanks
