I sent an email to Opodo regarding my booking and received a respond from eDreans that my booking has been cancelled, which I paid for due to issues related to card details while my account has been debited.**I want to understand what next stept should I take as I have paid for the booking from my own account throught Opodo and my account has alreadly been debited. **Does it mean I'll loose the amount that I have paid or the refund will be send to my account please, and if it will be send when shall it happen?**Thanks
