Last year my partner booked flights, when these where confirmed, a mistake had been made and the flights back home were for a weel later than we though had been booked. I have just booked the flights myself making sure I did not make the same mistake as it was very costly for us last year....! I booked flights out for Thursday the *th nov and return flights for sunday **th nov. I was very very carefu and I took screen shots on my phone of my computer screen....I can not therefore believe that confirmation came back as yet again the week after! this is NOT what I booked. Please can I either have a FULL refund or the flights changed to what I actually booked. I am very upset about this. How can this happen twice to two different people. I even got a work colleague to sit behind me to make sure and they are more than happy to clarify. I am also happy to send the picture evidence that I have on my phone. Thank you
