The issue in GetHuman-gsamri_l's own words
I booked a packed holiday to Cape Verde on Wednesday **********. Right after I completed the booking I received an e-mail saying that its in a process. However the next day which is yesterday I received another e-mail saying that my card is declined followed by another e-mail stating that my hotel booking is confirmed. I contacted my bank there was no issue with card and had enough money for the payment, I also use this particular bank account to book all my holidays before. I then called customer services and a after hours and hours talking to one member of your to the other. I was told to pay double the amount of I initially book and I can not afford it. Since it was a packed deal and I cant afford the flight kindly I would like my money back from the hotel.
GetHuman-gsamri_l did not yet indicate what Opodo should do to make this right.
