ref ******agent say your systen is down was trying to rebook for two days opodo say call thomas cook who say call opodo today , then when I called agent this morning called Thomas Cook but left the call T C said the line was not for customers but Travel agents , called opodo again who said system is down i must call Barcelonia , asked for the number said didnt have it, i must find it online , found a number in spain, no access to the number do not work called went back online found number for Opodo in Birmingham was not told by either agent or TC of still holding on listening to on hold to music for i hour ON *********** DECIDED TO HANG now using two phones both mobile and house phone decide to hang up and wait on the ***********. i started this trying to rebook tis flight on the **th as the flight is the ** th at ** amand i must change ** hours before . It is **.** and i was on the phone since *am still have not got any assistance yet.
