Contact Opodo ... I booked two ticket and later cancelled both of them and contacted the airline directly for cancellation and requested for refund.The airlines have made the refund on the same day of my cancellation and the airlines has confirmed me that opodo has received the refund amount but they still haven't deposit the refund amount to my bank account.There aren't any freaking email through whom I can contact them as International call from my country is **** expensive.It's a **** **** of a service and I have spent almost half of my day searching for their email.
Customer value,customers emotion,after sales service.At least few email address on their webpage could have saved lots of my mental anxiety that I have gone through all day
I don't think it will get resolved its for them is another nail in the brick,this Corporation treat us like ****.
New customers knew nothing about them should have done some research before booking through them.One of my worst nightmare.
I am already tired, anxious,the refund money was really needed for my family nonetheless I hope they make more profit from customers like us and burry us alive with their customer service.Thank you.
