I am having extreme difficulty reaching out via phone as each time I manage to connect, the wait times are excessively long. Currently, I have been on hold for 25 minutes waiting for assistance. I am trying to update the name on my booking due to my recent marriage and my partner's name change on her passport. I have submitted the required documents, such as the marriage certificate and passport, as requested. After multiple attempts, I was able to reach customer service, who confirmed receiving my documents and assured me of a follow-up, which has not happened. British Airways insists on not speaking to me directly, leaving me frustrated with unresolved issues. Despite several calls, including today's lengthy 25-minute wait on hold, I am still left without a resolution. I am truly baffled by Opodo's inability to address and resolve this matter.

Booking ID: [redacted] Dear Support Team, I am seeking written confirmation regarding the seat bookings I made a few days after booking my flights. I specifically reserved seats 25A and 25B for the first leg of the outward journey, and seats 44A and 44B for the second leg. For the return journey, I booked seats 25A and 25B for the first leg, and seats 42A and 42B for the second leg. I have checked the Bangkok Airlines login page but could not find any proof of these seat allocations. Your assistance in verifying these seat bookings would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Lin K.

Good morning, I made a flight booking through Opodo for a flight on the 30th of June, but Ryanair cancelled it the day before. Ryanair confirmed the cancellation in writing. They stated that the refund was processed back to the original form of payment. However, I made the payment directly from my bank account, not via credit card. I'm still waiting for the refund of EUR [redacted].96. I have tried to contact Opodo through their German website and by phone, but haven't received any response. This situation is very frustrating, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue. Regards

Is Opodo available on live chat? Boeing is known for airplanes, but they have a long history in space since NASA's beginning. I was one of the people affected by the flight suspension by COPA AIRLINES to and from Venezuela due to differences with the Venezuelan Government. I requested a refund for the ticket as indicated by OPODO and received their confirmation that I would receive the refund. However, I have not received it yet. If OPODO issued the refund to Banco Banesco Panama, the issuer of the debit card used for the ticket purchase, please, I request that you send me by mail the precise information to file a claim with the Bank. I made a flight reservation through OPODO Hotline on July 25, [redacted], for a trip with my dog from Salzburg to Bangkok via Istanbul on September 4, [redacted], with Turkish Airlines (Booking ref.: [redacted]). The sales agent mentioned I would receive a confirmation for myself first, and then I would need to follow up for my dog's reservation, which was verbally confirmed by the agent. However, I haven't received the confirmation for my dog yet. Despite contacting OPODO/Edreams and Turkish Airlines multiple times, I am still waiting for the necessary confirmation. The customer service experience has been challenging, with long wait times and difficulty in reaching a resolution. I urgently need this confirmation for my dog as this trip requires coordination of a visa and other arrangements. My name is Reza, and my booking number is[redacted]. I purchased a flexible ticket, and when I contacted Opodo to change my return date, they informed me that changes must be made before departure. I have a concern about this policy as it does not seem fair to me. With a flexible ticket, I expect the flexibility to decide on my return date during my trip in case of any unforeseen circumstances. I believe customers should have the freedom to adjust their return date as needed. I have already paid for this service and would like the flexibility to change my return date accordingly. On 21/08/18, I booked a one-way ticket from LHR to MEX through Opodo and received a booking reference via email. Subsequently, I discovered that a return flight had been added to my reservation without my consent. Despite the unchanged ticket price, the additional flight was concerning as I had not selected a return date. Attempts to manage my booking were unsuccessful, prompting me to contact Customer Care. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response. My concern deepened when Aeromexico's website displayed both flights but lacked payment details, citing an unspecified issue. Reviewing my bank statement revealed multiple failed attempts by Opodo to charge my card before a successful transaction led to my card being blocked. I am dissatisfied with the unauthorized changes to my booking by Opodo and the handling of the payment issues, which inconvenienced me at a crucial time. I am requesting the removal of the return flight from my booking and for the initial booking to be honored. The return flight details are: booking reference HDJLUT and ticket number [redacted][redacted] under the name Aleksandar Kreps.

Opodo booking reference: [redacted] I made a booking for 8 passengers using the above reference number. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to a serious health issue involving one of the passengers. I reached out to Opodo for assistance, and they advised me to contact the respective airlines. I contacted EasyJet and received a refund of £[redacted].00 for the APD on August 9, [redacted], and Vueling refunded [redacted].26 Euros on the 30th. However, I have not received any communication from Opodo regarding the refund from EasyJet. I have tried to locate an email address to contact Opodo but have been unsuccessful. It is frustrating to not have a contact email in this day and age. When calling, the long wait times and unhelpful responses from the staff are disappointing. Their repeated statement of "we cannot hear you" before hanging up is unacceptable. Opodo needs to update and improve their system. I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

I made a one-way flight booking with you in July from Bogota to Mexico City, then Mexico City to LAX for September 4th with Aeromexico. I received confirmation emails from you. However, Aeromexico just emailed me my itinerary, indicating a return flight on September 26th. I did not want a return flight. After chatting with Aeromexico online, they claim this is an error on Opodo's part. Could Opodo and Aeromexico resolve this matter? I specifically booked a one-way flight and do not want a return flight. The six-digit confirmation codes are UZ7XDY from Opodo and UPDXVY from Aeromexico. Opodo Booking Reference: [redacted] I am reaching out about the refund process involving Pegasus Airlines and Ukrainian Airlines. Pegasus Airlines confirmed the refund and directed me to contact Opodo to complete it. Similarly, Ukrainian Airlines owes me a refund due to flight cancellation from a visa denial, which I have discussed multiple times over the phone with your customer service team and have provided the necessary proof via email. Despite my efforts, each time I call, I am put on hold for 5-10 minutes and then told to call back in 48 hours. It has been 19 days since Pegasus Airlines approved the refund and 15 days for Ukrainian Airlines, yet I have not received any updates or the refunds. I traveled to Istanbul Ataturk in Turkey on Sunday night, 07-10-18. Upon arrival and after quickly getting my luggage, I waited nearly 2 hours for my baby's pushchair. Despite assurances from airport staff, I was left waiting while other passengers from different flights left. Eventually, my baby's pushchair arrived, but it was badly damaged. This incident interrupted my holiday plans as I couldn't take my baby out without a pushchair. I tried to find a replacement but faced language barriers and struggled to locate a store in Turkey. I have attached pictures of the damage and the report. The pushchair cost £[redacted]. I also appreciate Turkish Airlines for accommodating me near a window seat, despite checking in early with a 9-month-old baby. However, I faced difficulties with another passenger who refused to switch seats to assist us when my baby was crying.

This is my third attempt to contact Opodo. I am frustrated as I have already spent over 20 Euros on phone calls with no response. I had a flight planned for the 11th from Malaga to Vienna with reference number [redacted]. Opodo debited [redacted] euros from my account, but when I arrived at the airport, they had not confirmed my flight, causing me great inconvenience including having to sleep at the airport and ending up in the hospital due to fever and migraine. I demand that Opodo refunds me by tomorrow and covers all expenses incurred. I will take legal action if necessary. I contacted Opodo today, October 22, [redacted], regarding booking number [redacted]. I was scheduled to fly from Cusco to Sao Paulo via Lima on October 31, [redacted]. Due to health concerns about flying to Cusco, I inquired about changing my booking to fly directly from Lima. Unfortunately, I was informed that this was not possible, even if I were willing to pay for the change. Since the overall flight route wouldn't change and I would just be missing the first flight, I believe there should be a way to make adjustments.

Hello, Opodo. On October 17, [redacted], my partner and I purchased two flight tickets for a business trip from Costa Rica (CRJ) to Mexico City (MEX) with Volaris Airlines through your website. Despite receiving the email confirmation with the flight details, when we arrived at the airport three hours before departure, we were informed that the tickets had not been paid for and were not valid. Despite our attempts to contact you via the website and phone for assistance, we received no response, resulting in us missing the flight and important business meetings scheduled for the next day. This oversight led to the loss of business clients and work time. While we did receive a refund for the tickets, we are disappointed by the lack of compensation for the unprofessional error on your part. Hello, A few days ago, my companions and I booked flight tickets. Unfortunately, there was an error in the second passenger's name on the first booking. The correct name should be "IGAL ITZIK HAY PESAHOVICHE" instead of "IGAL ITZIK PESAHOVICH." We have already made the correction with Easyjet, but EL-AL is requesting that we contact the agency who initiated the booking, which is you. We have been trying to resolve this for five days now. I am reaching out regarding a flight issue I experienced recently. We had a booking which was altered without notice. Upon arrival at the airport, we discovered that our flight had departed, leaving us on standby and causing significant stress due to a connecting flight. Although we managed to board a flight, we incurred extra expenses totaling approximately £[redacted] for two flights and excess baggage. We were charged despite having initially booked 30kg of luggage each. The canceled flight was scheduled for Saturday, November 24th at 1:00 PM from Chiang Mai to Don Mueang airport with Thai Lion Mentari Co. Ltd. This situation is completely unacceptable as the last communication from Opodo confirmed our original flight. I am seeking full compensation for the inconvenience and stress caused.
