Hi, at ******** I have booked an one way ticket from LHR to MEX & Opodo emailed a booking ref.*After the purchase was done I received a travel document, where a flight back was included as well. The price ticket did not*change,only was added a flight back with a date I did not ever pick up. The manage option did not work. I notifyed Customer care, but there' s not a replay to my email.Aeromexico site displays the both flights, but does not provides an info about the Payment summary, " because of a problem"(?). I wonder which ticket price Opodo debited from my card - those for the outgoing flight, or both alltoghether? My bank statement then realised * attempts from Opodo to charge my card- * the same price*one different, in result then my bank blocked the card.After restriction dropped down, Opodo charged me once. I am utterly disgusted of that Opodo taylored my one way booking and turned it in return and the way they charged my card, causing a blockage at a time I needed it. I want the return flight to drop down of my booking and to make sure my initial booking is respected. The booking ref.for the return is HDJLUT, the ticket N is *************, my name Aleksandar Kreps.
