Calline Hotline many times ... I booked a flight via OPODO Hotline on **. July **** for me and my dog. From Salzburg via Istanbul to Bangkok *n *.Sep.****. With Turkish Airlines Booking ref.: **********. The sales agent said I will get a confirmation first only for me and after receipt have to call again for my dog - but from Airline the possibility is confirmed, he said.*If I will not get confirmation for my dog within ** hours I can cancell the flight without any fees. Now is **. Aug. **** and I still not have a confirmation for my dog. I called * times to OPODO*Edreams and one time to Turkish Airlines. Every time I get info, that it seems to be okey, but than an official confirmation will be needed and I will get one within the next days. If not I shall call again. Last time yesterday, I was told I will get confirmation within ** days..... but I did not.*It is very difficult to contact Opodo, have to speak with callcenters in India or England and before pass an endless automatised answering machine. Yesterday I told the callcenter agent, I am not ready anymore to call... and she said I can use the "LIFE CHAT" on the Opodo Homepage - but such not exist !!!!*Please help me - I need an imediate confirmation about my dog because it is a long term travel to BKK and I need to organize Visa etc.*Or I have to cancell - without any fees for me !!!*Thank you*G*nter G*ttfert
