I placed order #[redacted] on July 18th for (4) fire retardant shirts for our technicians. On July 25th, I received only (2) of the shirts, but the order status indicates it was "shipped partially." However, I have not received any communication regarding the remaining (2) shirts even though I was charged for the full (4) shirts. I am puzzled why I was billed for all the shirts when only half of them were shipped. I would appreciate some clarification on this matter. Order Number:[redacted] Shipped to: N. I made an order weeks ago and got a text saying it was shipped, then spoke to a representative who wanted to reship it. After struggling to reach them for weeks, I told them I no longer wanted the item. Today, I received a notification that a replacement item was shipped without my consent. I do not want to be charged for this. If this is a legitimate company, please contact me at [redacted]. I am considering contacting the BBB about this issue. I primarily shop online on EBAY and AMAZON. I have been receiving daily emails from OpenTip, which I continue to delete, but they keep coming back. As a retired Army National Guard member, I even tried to find an UNSUBSCRIBE option on your website but was unsuccessful. Please remove my email address, [redacted] from your mailing list. Thank you.
