I just logged into my Open Table account and was surprised that all my rewards were gone. We had learned a $** reward and working towards our $*** reward, but we certainly did not dine out last year. Since hotel, airlines and other reward programs have extended their benefits, one would assume that you would do the same or at the very least let us know that the rewards were expiring so that we could have cashed in on the reward certificate we had earned. We made *** reservations on Open Table in the past * years, but certainly don't plan to use in the future and are quite disappointed.

GetHuman-cwslms did not yet indicate what OpenTable should do to make this right.
