Dear Sirs**Of the last five bookings I have made via Opentable (UK), three have been 'missing' from the restaurant booking forms:********** - Zizzi- West End - no record of my booking ******** - Piebury Corner (you emailed me to say I hadn't turned-up, but then I was able to prove I had)********* - Caf* Rouge Wellington St - no record**This never happened under the 'Toptable' booking system, so why are these bookings getting missed?
