I recently communicated with Supervisor K. Singh and Hanna P. about rerouting my flight with booking number [redacted] to Berlin. Mr. Singh agreed last Friday to reroute the flight and was in touch with the airline about it. However, on Saturday, Hanna P. called to discuss a refund which was much higher than expected, over $4. I felt frustrated with the service as it was challenging to reroute the flight despite having a credit of over $[redacted], which should have covered the new ticket to Berlin. When I contacted Korean Air, there was a discrepancy of $[redacted]. It seems like $[redacted] was deducted unfairly from the credit. If this kind of service continues, I will file a formal complaint against the company. Depending on the outcome, I may escalate the issue to the media internationally.

I recently booked 3 tickets from NYC to Sydney, Australia for a total of $[redacted] through One Travel. However, there have been unauthorized charges on my mom's card as the total taken is now over $[redacted]. We did not authorize these additional charges, and we are considering canceling the trip due to this unauthorized activity. The booking number is [redacted]0 under the name of Lisa B. from Bodalla, NSW, Australia. I made reservations for my wife and me in August for our flight. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue on the day of our trip. Our flight was scheduled for 8:15, but when we arrived at the airport, we were informed it was at 6 a.m. I reached out to your customer service but experienced a long wait time of over 4 hours with no resolution offered. I asked for a supervisor, who didn't assist me and transferred me to American Airlines without explanation. They only had availability for December 23rd, causing me to miss an important family event. Due to this delay, I won't have enough time to complete my tasks. I am requesting a change of return date to the 17th. Kindly contact me via email at [redacted]

I arrived in the Philippines on March 6, [redacted], for a two-week trip. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 and the lockdown in Manila, I had to change my flight twice, only for it to be canceled both times. I have canceled my booking and have been informed that I have a credit, but the amount has not been disclosed to me. As I don't have phone service in the Philippines to make calls, I am looking for a way to chat with an agent to book my new flight and find out the credit amount for the new booking promptly.

I recently received my flight confirmation, and upon reviewing the itinerary, I noticed an error made by one of your representatives. The return details are accurate, but the outbound trip is incorrect. The flight from Manila to Davao should be on June 14th, not on the return date of June 15th. My return journey is scheduled for July 5th, so this discrepancy is concerning. Please carefully review the entire itinerary as it seems there has been a complete change. The first two outbound flights from Alicante to Amsterdam and Amsterdam to Manila are correct, but the flight from Manila to Davao should be on June 14th at 6:55 am. My booking confirmation number is [redacted]4, booked on Sunday, April 24th.
