Hello, my name is Carole Lydon. I purchased insurance from OneCall almost a month ago. They emailed me from a no-reply address stating they couldn't retrieve my no claims proof. They asked me to download the proof, but I lack a printer or scanner and am unfamiliar with taking a screenshot like younger individuals. Instead, I uploaded the information that Saga had kindly sent me via email. Today, I received a letter informing me that the information was unacceptable, despite fulfilling all the listed requirements such as company header, expiry date, start date, and the number of my no claims bonus years. Mine, which is a maximum of 16 years with Saga, was provided. They included a reference number, which I'm unsure if it's a policy number. All relevant information is on there. In my 35 years of driving, I've never encountered this issue. I would appreciate it if OneCall could contact Saga for the required information or locate the data, which shouldn't be challenging as I have resided at the same address for 13 years.

On November 14th and 15th, I paid for Home Insurance and Contents. I mistakenly confused this with car insurance but did not proceed with it. I had a block on the One Call name by my bank, which is now resolved. I am unsure if the £[redacted] payment I made is still with you and if my policy is active. I have addressed multiple payments with another department and resolved issues with my Visa payments. I just need clarification on my payment status. Reference Number: [redacted] I encountered a payment error of £[redacted] which I received back. Now, I wish to make the payment for the insurance policy mentioned above. Despite numerous attempts to call, I have been unsuccessful in reaching a human. Please advise on how I can repay this amount to One Call now that the bank block on my account has been lifted and I have a new bank card. Best, M. V. I've been a loyal customer of One Call for years. Upon changing my car, I was informed of a fee of £68.76, which I promptly paid. However, my husband pointed out that the amount was incorrect. Upon checking, I received a document with Transfer ID bnfyes67 showing a voided status for £30.81 on 25th February. Despite this, I have yet to receive the refund. My new car has the same engine size, and there were no other modifications to the policy. I'm puzzled as to why the refund is taking so long, as it has been 13 days since the transaction.

You have requested proof from my previous insurer (Direct Line) without specifying the details of the proof required. As mentioned in my previous correspondence, I did not file any claims with Direct Line, and I do not possess any written records concerning this matter, as there was no exchange of correspondence with Direct Line. Could you please clarify the specific documentation you are seeking from me regarding this issue?

I cancelled my car insurance with One Call on the 18th of December [redacted], just before the end of the live chat hours at 7:40 PM. I spoke with an advisor named Dan after a misunderstanding with another representative who gave me a quote but said it wasn't valid the next day. Despite being in pain and exhausted from a recent surgery, I had to search for a new policy late into the night and eventually purchased one with a different provider. Four months later, I unexpectedly received emails and messages from One Call demanding a cancellation fee. Feeling this was unjust, I ignored their requests due to my ongoing medical issues. Recently, I received a letter threatening debt collection if I didn't pay £33.92. Their lack of contact options and aggressive tactics have left me feeling frustrated and mistreated. I plan to take action against One Call and warn others about their practices on platforms like TrustPilot. I seek clarity on my past payments and refuse to be intimidated by their unreasonable demands. I am prepared to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities if needed. - C.V.

I've been a customer of One Call Insurance for a while now. This year they automatically renewed my policy for my Audi A2 on May 9th, even though my car was off the road at the time. I don't recall giving them permission to do this. My car has since been scrapped, and I've had trouble getting in touch with One Call. I've recently put a deposit on another car and need to update my policy details, but I'm still unable to reach One Call. I'm worried I might lose the new car and my deposit. I'm 78 years old and not very familiar with computers. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

My home insurance is up for renewal, and I need to make 2 changes to my policy details. Unfortunately, I can't do this online and must use Live Chat. The wait time is currently an hour. I haven't found a phone number to reach a person; all the numbers direct me to the customer portal. I've been dealing with this all day and would be grateful for assistance.
