Our power went out at *:** AM we immediately got a message that the power would be restored by **: am then at *:**am we got another message saying they found another problem and we would have power by *:**pm and of course now we got another message saying yet again they found another issue so we are now at *:**pm. We are the only street without power?? Please, please can we get an answer as to what the problem is??? My bill is so high and we are only * adults !
