The issue in GetHuman-thresak's own words
Repeated attempts to update information on my Chevy app receive error ***. OnStar rep told me to log out and back into the app. Doing this resulted in error ***** and *****. Another Onstar rep states that a case report to hear from a tech will take at least * days. I have had nothing but trouble with Onstar services for the last nine months (new car purchase) including replacing the command module after four months.
GetHuman-thresak did not yet indicate what OnStar should do to make this right.
