Dear Sirs,*I live in the UK and have been unable to find a telephone number for Omron Healthcare.*I paid for the product with my credit card and have contacted my credit card supplier to register a dispute with Omron Healthcare. I am waiting to hear the outcome of the dispute. For this reason you may not want to contact them on my behalf at the moment, but I thought I would try you anyway.**I ordered an Omron NE-C*** nebulizer on the ********** from Omron Healthcare. I tried using it three times without any success. I emailed them through their website on their support page on the ******** telling them that the product did not work and I wanted to return it to them. I did not get a reply from them so I copied and pasted my first email and sent it again on ******** I am still waiting to hear from them. **I had some trouble using their support page because when I tried to report the failure of the machine it would not accept the message. I tried to enter the order number they had given me but it said it was not a valid order number* so because the box for the order number said it was optional I decided not to enter it but when I got to “send” it would not accept the email without the order number being entered. I got so frustrated with this I just went to my email server and clicked on their email address at the top of the email they had sent to me. There was no message to tell me that they would not get my message when I did that, so I assumed that my email would be received. **I used their 'support' page again to send another email complaining about the difficulty in sending them messages and they got that message alright, and emailed me to say there is nothing wrong with their email system. I do not have a copy of this email because it went through on their support page so it does not show in my email 'sent' box. They did not ask me why I was trying to contact them or ask if I had a problem with an item I had purchased. I cannot return this item until they tell me the address to send it to.**I want them to tell me where to return the nebulizer and ask them to credit my credit card with the cost of the product which was £**.**.**Kind regards,*Christine O'Connor
