I received my Omron Alvita tracker package, but unfortunately, it did not contain the battery, spare battery cover, clip, or coin-shaped screwdriver as listed. Upon opening it, I found only the quick start guide and the tracker itself in the blue cardboard holder. Kindly arrange to ship me the missing items. Thank you.

I purchased an Omron HBF 222T Complete Digital Body Composition Monitor with Bluetooth, for use with the Omron Connect App, which displays various body metrics. The model is B07CJCM1D1 and I bought it from Amazon India on July 26, [redacted]. Recently, the top glass of the scale inexplicably shattered. I am interested in understanding the process for obtaining a warranty replacement or repair for this product. I am able to provide the invoice and a photograph of the damage to support my claim. Dear Customer Support, I currently reside in the UK and I have been struggling to find a contact number for Omron Healthcare. I used my credit card to purchase an Omron NE-C803 nebulizer on 19/03/[redacted]. Unfortunately, after several unsuccessful attempts to use the product, I contacted Omron Healthcare through their support page. Despite my efforts, I have not received a response from them regarding my request to return the non-functional nebulizer. I encountered issues while trying to report the product's failure through their support page, as the system did not accept my order number and caused me frustration. Subsequently, I tried to communicate this problem to Omron Healthcare, but they reassured me that their email system is functioning correctly. I am now seeking assistance from Omron Healthcare to provide me with the return address for the nebulizer and process a refund of £61.99 to my credit card. I am experiencing discrepancies between the systolic readings on my BP6530 wrist monitor and the readings taken by my doctor. While my doctor records mid to high 120s for my systolic value, my monitor consistently shows high 160s to low 170s. However, the diastolic values align closely with my doctor's readings in the high 70s to low 80s range. Given that my monitor is relatively new, I am wondering if it could be recalibrated to provide more accurate systolic readings. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated. -- Philip A. --
