I mailed a package to Dubai, UAE using a registered service requesting a recipient signature, which included my passport. Unfortunately, the package was not delivered to the recipient, and after 30 days with no updates, it was returned to me. The rejection stamp from Dubai cited the absence of a PO Box number. I am disappointed as I paid extra for the service to ensure delivery with a signature instead of just to a mailbox on the street. I believe I am entitled to compensation for this mistake by Canada Post.

Dear Ombudsman, I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of response to my request for the contents of my service ticket (Ticket number: [redacted]59). After contacting BRAD at Canada Post, I was advised to submit a formal written request to the Access to Information Act. Despite sending a money order for $5.00, I was later informed by DIANE that it was not necessary for personal information requests. However, although she returned the money order, I have not received the contents of my service ticket as requested. I have attempted to follow up on multiple occasions, speaking to a second party who confirmed that the information could be sent via regular mail or email, per my request for both formats. It has been nearly a month since my initial inquiry, and I urgently require this document. I kindly request your assistance in ensuring that the information is promptly forwarded to me. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Kenneth Wayne Ryce [redacted] [redacted]-72 Donald St Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C1L7

I placed an order on eBay for a parcel, but it was delivered to the wrong address. The local post office returned it to the Kestrel facility in Mississauga, signed for by Mr. H. Since then, I've been unable to obtain any further details about its whereabouts. Canada Post won't assist me due to confidentiality rules since the post office initiated the delivery, not me. Attempts to contact Customer Service online yielded only automated responses, prompting me to call, which was unproductive. Calling Kestrel without a Purolator tracking number was fruitless. The Mission post office was unable to clarify the situation with Kestrel. I am desperate for assistance in locating my package.

I am disappointed by the way Canada Post handled the parcel I sent to my daughter through business post. The parcel arrived with a broken wine bottle and missing jewelry that was supposed to be in a jewelry box. I initiated a claim (Service ticket [redacted]46, item number [redacted][redacted], customer number [redacted]), but Canada Post denied it due to insufficient evidence without photos of the damaged packaging. The missing items include a vintage inuit carved pendant of a drum dancer, which holds sentimental value as it was a gift from my father over 40 years ago. Despite the damages, Canada Post only offered to reimburse for postage, not the insurance. It's frustrating that they did not investigate the exact location where the parcel was damaged, repackaged, and items went missing.

I ordered 4 items from Aliexpress that have not arrived. Lately, my packages are being sent to wrong addresses. Aliexpress claims one package was delivered to [redacted] Ottawa Ave, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, but I did not receive it. A kind lady found it nearby. Another package was left on my doorstep instead of in the mailbox. The repeated delivery mishaps are troubling. I plan to contact the Ombudsman of Canada Post. The tracking numbers are UT[redacted]79TH for a bracelet and LP[redacted][redacted] for 3 rings. I need a ticket number to provide to the Ombudsman for investigation. Despite Aliexpress saying the items were successfully delivered, I have not received them. My contact details are [redacted] / [redacted]. It's frustrating when packages are wrongly delivered.
