The issue in GetHuman-maqquin's own words
our order number *M*******QGFG for Kim Flake Quin was supposed to arrive on ********* but did not. Package * of * arrived on ****. Everything was fine with this package. However, today on **** the second package arrived and none of the items were frozen. They were cold but not frozen. I am very concerned about this , as I have been told that meat should not be refrozen after it thaws out. We put it in the refrigerator and not the freezer. I am concerned about getting a bacterial infection such as salmonella, due to this. I do not know how long the meat can stay thawed out in the refrigerator before it should be used. there is no way we are ready to eat this much in the next few days. I do not think that this is any way Omaha Steaks fault, but is the result of Fed Ex not handling the packages correctly. I think they should be held accountable. I tried calling your customer service about this but remained on hold for over ** minutes with no answer. I am very upset with Fed EX and am very concerned about what to do with the meat. Right now I am afraid to eat the contents of the second package for safety reasons.**Can you please let us know what to do as soon as possible what to do?**Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter,**Kim Flake Quin and Michael Quin
