Hello, I need help locating the rest of my package. My order number is #TX0J72F. I managed to pick up the first part of the package at a UPS hub after a shipping address issue. However, upon opening it, I discovered some items were missing. After being away for over a week, I contacted the Hopkinsville UPS hub where I picked it up, and they suggested the missing portion might have a different tracking number and could have been returned if too much time had passed. For any potential return, could you refund my credit card? They mentioned an issue with the address, particularly the [redacted] portion. It was intended for my sister, Kristie Ogden, at [redacted] Eberle Loop B, Fort Campbell, KY [redacted]. I'm unsure how the address detail was missed. Can you assist in either getting the items to me or processing a full refund to my credit card? Thank you! Best regards, Lauren Ogden

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inquire about the source of cotton used by Old Navy for their clothing production after being deeply affected by a documentary on child labor in Burkina Faso. The film brought to light several human rights violations associated with the cotton industry, which has left me feeling conflicted as a customer who frequently shops at Old Navy. Could you please provide clarification on where Old Navy sources its cotton and the fair wages paid to those involved in the cotton collection process? Understanding these details would greatly influence my future shopping decisions. Until then, regrettably, I will refrain from purchasing products from Old Navy. Thank you for addressing my concerns. I look forward to receiving your response. Sincerely, N.B.

I recently visited Old Navy store number [redacted], where I am a frequent shopper for about five years, visiting a couple of times monthly. On this visit, I encountered cashier number [redacted], who consistently displays rude behavior or appears disinterested in his job. When I changed my mind about an item and informed him, he reacted rudely by rolling his eyes, sighing, and throwing the shirt I wanted to return behind him. Despite apologizing for the inconvenience, he then mentioned they were out of bigger bags and carelessly packed my $[redacted] purchase into a small bag causing items to spill out. In contrast, the cashier attending to my mother provided a larger bag without any issue. This behavior is not isolated, as another cashier nearby also displayed impoliteness. Such treatment is unacceptable, considering my loyalty and significant purchases at this store. I am contemplating traveling to a store an hour away to avoid further poor customer service experiences. The cashier, whose name I believe is Cherminae, identified as a team lead, sets a negative example for the other staff members. This recurring behavior is disheartening and should be addressed promptly.

I have noticed that you seem to have an issue with customers paying their accounts in advance. I made a purchase at the end of March [redacted] and submitted a $35.00 payment on 4/2/19. Another $35 payment was made on 5/7/19. Despite this, I received an email stating my payments are overdue, and now you are requesting $55. This marks the second instance where I have paid early, yet an issue has been raised claiming I missed a payment. Once this bill is settled, please close my account. I do not wish to deal with this form of frustration. It appears making early payments results in being charged a late fee, which is disappointing. I have decided to part ways with Old Navy. Kindly, close my account. - Sandy D.

Hello, I'm a devoted customer, Amy Franco. I've been loyal to your store for many years, as my account activity will show. During my recent visit on 4/27 to utilize Super Cash, a cashier recommended upgrading to the new Visa card. Although I declined due to avoiding a credit inquiry before a major purchase, the cashier assured me there wouldn't be one. I was enticed by the promise of a 40% discount. Despite my reluctance, I agreed to the upgrade to save money while buying school clothes for my five kids. Disappointingly, post-transaction, I only received a 25% discount and discovered a new account opened with a credit inquiry on my report. This experience has left me reconsidering future purchases. I believe the employee needs further training to prevent this from happening to others. Receipt Details: Date: 4/27/[redacted] Time: 5:42:02 PM MST Store: [redacted] Transaction: [redacted] Register: [redacted] Cashier: [redacted]

I visited Old Navy around 1 or 2 weeks ago to return a pair of jeans. Instead of receiving a refund, I decided to order 2 new pairs of jeans. I have received one pair of jeans so far but have not yet received the other pair. My name is Gail Salsberry, and my address is [redacted] Walluski Loop Road, Astoria, Oregon [redacted]. Can you please check on the status of my order and let me know when the second pair will be shipped? Thank you.

To whom it may concern: I am writing on behalf of myself and my classmates at Mission Viejo High School. We are organizing a fundraising festival on Saturday, May 25th from 2 pm to 6 pm to raise money for a community in El Salvador to fund a new well. The event, coordinated by students in partnership with the Thirst Project, will feature games, food, performances, and more. We are reaching out to your organization to request your support for our carnival, whether through donations, ideas, contributing to our raffle/silent auction, or setting up a booth at the event to gain exposure and support a worthy cause. We anticipate a large turnout and would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you for considering our request. Best regards, Christina Boyd

I recently visited the Old Navy near Triangle Town Center mall in Raleigh, North Carolina, and the store was in a very poor condition. Clothes were scattered all over the floor, light bulbs were out in many areas making it dim, and some sections were so cluttered it was hard to see the clothes. Despite the chaos, the employees at the registers, especially the cashier with number [redacted], were friendly. Even though I managed to find a couple of items to purchase, my husband noticed that most people were leaving empty-handed due to the disorganization. It would be beneficial for the store manager to make an unexpected visit to assess the situation and ensure better upkeep in the future.

I'm an older lady who had a frightening experience at your store recently. As I approached, the doors opened, but then they closed suddenly, causing me to panic and bruise my arms while trying to push them open. I managed to get out, but it left me quite shaken. I'm 70 years old and worry that if a child had been in my place, it could have been much worse. Despite this incident, I do love shopping at Old Navy and would like to return, but I hope you can fix the doors to prevent such accidents. A kind employee noticed my bruised arms and took down my information, but I'm not sure how that will help. I didn't seek medical attention as my injuries were minor, but I wanted to bring this to your attention for safety reasons. Thank you for running a wonderful store with great staff members.

Good afternoon. I recently visited the store on Rt30 in York, PA. It has undergone a major relocation and remodel. While it looks nice, it is overcrowded with merchandise on tables and racks, making it difficult to navigate. I witnessed a woman struggling to move around the store, which made me feel sorry for her. As a frequent Old Navy shopper prior to the store's remodel, I am finding it challenging to locate the deals I used to enjoy. Previously, I would receive flash sale emails for great deals, but now they seem to be scarce. I received an email at 8:34 am today about a sale on women's shorts for $10, among other items. However, when I went to the store to make a purchase, the staff was unaware of the sale mentioned in the email. This has happened to me before, and it is confusing. Are these email specials valid for both in-store and online purchases? I may have to resort to shopping online to access these deals, although I prefer trying on clothes in person. I'm just a bit perplexed as a loyal Old Navy customer who appreciates their style. Thank you for your attention.

I visited the Walnut Creek store on 5/24. It was extremely crowded. As I shopped, I looked around for a cash register but couldn't find one. When I asked an employee, she directed me to her mobile desk. However, there were already five people in line ahead of me. More customers kept coming in, not sure where the line started due to the lack of a cash register or desk. When it was finally my turn, I tried to pay with cash, only to be told they don't accept it and I had to go to the other side of the store. Frustrated, I left my items at an empty spot and asked to speak to a manager. The manager explained that this was their business practice. This experience was so frustrating that I've decided not to shop at Old Navy again unless they go back to the traditional cash register system. Instead, I went to H&M.

I bought some pants from Old Navy a month ago along with a few other items. When I tried them on at home, I realized they were too big and planned to return them later. Unfortunately, when I tried to return them, the staff accused me of wearing them. I explained that I hadn't worn the pants and they were just too large for me. This experience was embarrassing and rude, and I have never encountered such an issue before at Old Navy. I have never returned anything to the store and was shocked by the accusation. I simply wanted to exchange the pants for a smaller size, but now I am disappointed and frustrated. I will not be returning to Old Navy and hope others reconsider shopping there too.

I found the Memorial Day weekend sales confusing when I visited the store on May 26, [redacted]. The ad online stated 50% off all jeans for the family, both in-store and online. However, when I reached the cashier, there was some confusion. The cashier consulted with another lady, possibly a supervisor, who mentioned that only a few styles (around 3-4) were actually 50% off, not all jeans as advertised. The cashier then relayed this information to me, indicating that the discount was only valid for select jeans for online purchases. This situation was disappointing and felt like a waste of time. I would have liked to avail the Memorial Day sale offer. It seems there was a miscommunication between the advertisement and the information provided by the employees. It would be beneficial for the staff to have better knowledge of the sales promotions to enhance customer service. If feasible, I would appreciate being able to still take advantage of the deal. Thank you for addressing my concerns about the misleading advertisement.

On Sunday, April 26, [redacted], I visited the Elmwood, LA store. I received an email about a sale on shorts and swimwear. In the store, I saw signs indicating items were 50% off. I selected a pair of shorts, but when I reached the cashier, the total came to $27 and some cents, not the expected discounted price. The cashier explained the sale had ended the day before, despite the signs still being displayed. Because I was on my lunch break and the store was busy, I decided not to argue and left without making the purchase. I feel frustrated and disappointed by this experience, making me uncertain about returning to Old Navy in the future.

I recently shopped with my family on Memorial Day weekend and unfortunately, did not receive the military discount on one item, and a clearance item rang up at full price. After contacting the store, they advised me to bring the items and receipt back in for correction, which is difficult for me as I have a 3-month-old and my husband is at work all week. Customer service suggested speaking to a manager at the store to adjust the transaction, but the store manager mentioned she was unable to do so. I am hoping to find a way to resolve this without having to return to the mall with the baby by myself, as my husband is occupied with work and military drill. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I always shop at Old Navy, especially for pants in size 18. Recently, I was disappointed when I couldn't find size 18 shorts in multiple Old Navy stores. It's disheartening that our sizes aren't available to try on in stores. I hope all retail locations can bring back size 18s and maybe even a few bigger sizes in stores. It's challenging to find clothing for plus-size women, which is why I appreciate Old Navy for offering larger sizes. However, not having size 18 shorts available because most items are in single-digit sizes is frustrating for me and other women like me.

I visited your Shelby Township, MI location today in search of bathing suits after receiving an email advertising them for $10. After carefully choosing one that made me feel confident, I was told at the register that the plus size bathing suit I selected wasn't included in the sale. I found this exclusion to be judgmental and unfair, given that your store typically offers sizes for all body types. It's disappointing that this sale didn't extend to all sizes. This experience has made me reconsider shopping at your store and recommending it to others. Your store is known for its inclusive sizing, so I hope this issue is addressed to prevent other customers from feeling the same way.

Hello, I visited the Waterford Lakes Old Navy store in Orlando, FL yesterday and encountered a safety concern that I would like to bring to your attention. While entering the store, the front entrance door accidentally scraped my toe, causing a significant cut on my middle right toe. I am concerned about the gap at the bottom of the door, especially considering the possibility of harm to a child's foot. Although I didn't inform any staff members due to time constraints, I feel it is important to address this issue promptly for everyone's safety. I kindly request an update on the actions being taken to address and resolve this safety hazard. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Regards, Rebecca B

Hello, I am reaching out because I have not yet received my package. According to the local post office, my package is being sent back to California. This situation has caused inconvenience as I was expecting the delivery to arrive the other day. Despite the challenges with the courier service, I still wish to receive my order since online shopping was meant to simplify the moving process for me. The couriers overlooked verifying my information accurately, leading to this issue. The supervisor acknowledged the errors made in handling the package. I am disappointed with the lack of progress from both couriers in re-routing the package to a nearby local office. I would appreciate guidance on the next steps to ensure the successful delivery of my package.

Good afternoon, Today, June 9, [redacted], my family and I visited your Old Navy store in Middletown, NY, as we usually do. We were taken aback when we saw a male employee with his sweat pants below his buttocks and wearing multicolored underwear. Feeling shocked, we promptly left the store. Upon contacting the store manager later, I was given assurance that the matter would be addressed. We hope you understand how offensive this incident was for us. Sincerely, The Aiello's
