I am very unhappy and frustrated. I placed an order ***** and had not received my package yet. I received an email on **** saying package was delivered but I did not get it so i called your customer service and the rep told me that to ignore the email because she sees the package was still with UPS, she also told me that wait until the *****. I called customer service again on **th with the same inquiry, the rep told me wait until **th and call us if you still haven't received. I asked her what happens if I don't have the package by the **th because I already paid $*** some dollars, she said we will replace the order or credit your account. Today when I called the rep name Pat was rude not helpful at all told me that the package was delivered to a locker and we can't do anything and deal with post office. Twice I called and they said it's with UPS and today she said it's been delivered and it's a locker. I don't know what to do now and I think it's not fair and you don't treat your client like this. I have been shopping with you guys for many years. I need an explination.
