Recieve cash since I paid with debit ... I returned three (*) items today with the receipt. I initially purchased these items with my debit card which means it posts automatically to my account. *While returning the items I was told processing returns with this hand held machine is "easier" as opposed to processing the transaction on the register.. . Now my return will take approximately * to * business days to post. * *This is poor customer service. When a representative will do something for the their convenience as opposed to the customer .. that is a colorful way to justify being lazy.**Please revise the return policy on the receipt if this is the business practice. *Or remove the debit option altogether.

Revise the return policy for the customers or Enforce the return policy within the store.. A policy is clear across the board
I shop at old navy every other weekend. *I am always patient even when the cashiers appear annoyed.
I asked the representative to explain why wasn't I given cash back once the transaction was completed.
