I received part of my order by mail yesterday along with someone else's order. There was a sticker with my info oon it and another sticker with someone else's name and address on it. *Since I had received this or her item in error,I called the customer service number to report it. I felt bad that this other person had not received her order and felt it was the right thing to do. *As I explained the situation I was told it was my responsibility to return the item to the store or send it back by printing out a return slip. Really??? I have no printer at this time and live about an hour away from a store. *I was told I have ** days to return the item. Don't get me wrong the representative was not rude to me. But, I find this policy ludicrous. *I was trying to do the right thing yet I was told if I don't return it within ** days that I will be charged for the item. Again Really???? *Why can't OLD NAVY print off the return label and mail it to me along with an envelope and I would send it back. Wouldn't that make more sense? Being that it was an OLD NAVY employees fault to begin with- not mine! *I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.* Joely Mack
