Good Morning, about a week and a half ago, on Tuesday (the **th) I ordered one of your kids fleece pullovers. I was told it would be around * days before it would reach me, which would be fine. I checked on Wednesday (the **th) and I saw that it had shipped (excellent) and it was to arrive friday (the **th). Well that didn’t happen, so I checked again on friday, and it was now to arrive tuesday (a week from my purchase date, still great). Well that didn’t happen either. So on tuesday, I checked and it was supposed to arrive today (saturday, the **th). I just looked up on it and now it is supposed to arrive next tuesday (the **th). That’s * weeks after my purchase date! And a week over of when it was supposed to be here. There’s no telling that it will come in on tuesday because it says it’s still in Illinois. But why should I have to wait possibly MORE than * weeks for one item?
GetHuman-ashlynh did not yet indicate what Old Navy should do to make this right.
