Today I went shopping at the old navy store *****. The young lady who rang me out was VERY rude. Cashier *******, i had an employee card and was unsure how to use it. She says to me I’m not taking this. I ask why and she says you need to learn how your discount works. She then asked her manager Trish to come over and explain and she was even worst. At the end of my transaction I asked for the receipt and she stared at me. My girlfriend asked is it in the bag? And she grunted her face and said yes I said that already. As I was walking out another customer said to me she is awful I rather wait for another cashier. I understand the volume is increased due to it being Black Friday but that is horrible and definitely not professional. The cashier didn’t even give me my change I had to remind her that she owed me change. Not sure why she treated me so rudely but I never ever treat customers in that manner and it was highly unacceptable.
