To whom it may concern,**I wanted to express my disappointment in the online ordering process and customer service that I’ve experienced over the past few weeks. Initially I ordered a pair of your company’ pants offline for a wedding that I’m in this upcoming Friday, unfortunately the first pair of pants were the wrong size so I had to place another order. After placing the order I had never received a confirmation email from this order which worries me so I called last Wednesday to track my package and find out why I never received an email. I was told by a representative that the email they had on file was incorrect and we changed it, I was also told that the pants were going to be delivered that Wednesday but if not they were guaranteed delivery by Friday. After changing my email address with your representative I was still yet to receive the confirmation email and the pants weren’t delivered that Wednesday, the next day which was Thursday and weren’t delivered Friday when they were guaranteed. So again I called I spoke to one of your representatives and my email address on file was never changed which explained why I still never received a confirmation email in order to track my package and to resolve the issue of the pants not being there the representative applied for me to have a pair of pants over nighted. But while going through this process she made me aware she was unable to put in the request for the overnighted pants at that time because of the system which then lead me to wait now another day still with no pants. Now no offense to the style of clothing your company provides but I don’t normally wear it and knowing this and the fact I’d be wearing them in a wedding party there was no doubt in my mind I would need to have time to get these pants tailored. That being said, the representative said I needed to call*back Saturday in order to place the new order for the pants so I did just that. Saturday while on the phone we placed the order for the overnight and we confirmed my email address and it still wasn’t changed to the correct email. Now after all of this happening I didn’t receive the pants Monday so I called on Tuesday to check the status of them because I STILL didn’t receive any kind of email I speak to a representative and what a surprise my correct email was still never entered into your database. She also told me they would be there that Tuesday and finally I received the pants yesterday and as no surprise to myself they did in fact needed to be tailored so now I’m spending more money in order to expedite the tailoring if the pants than I paid for the actual pair of pants. I’m not sure what flaw occurred in the company system but to me this is unacceptable and I’m spending money that I should not have to because the delivery process took longer than it should have, needless to say I’m not a pleased customer.
