At my recent visit to old navy the checkout process was done on a mobile device. I very much disliked this process. I like being about to see on the register monitor how much each item rings up for & any discounts that might have been applied. At the end of my check out process I like a paper receipt printed out & with this mobile checkout that made it much harder & I had to stand in line even longer while the worker had to walk to another register to do this. Please consider doing away with this process. I enjoy shopping in yalls store & would like to enjoy all parts of my experience, including checking out.
