I am in the process of purchasing a new home and need to transfer the service to my name. After speaking with your agent over the phone, there was a lot of background noise making it difficult to ensure all details were correctly understood. Can you confirm the following information? The address for the service transfer is [redacted] NW 71st, Oklahoma City, OK [redacted], with service initiation scheduled for Friday, February 28, [redacted]. I have requested payments to be withdrawn directly from my bank account and provided the necessary banking details to your agent. Additionally, I would like to maintain service at my current residence, [redacted] Thompkins PLACE, until it is sold.

I have been trying to reach Oklahoma Natural Gas customer service and had a call back scheduled for December 15th, Thursday. My concern is regarding the December [redacted] bill, which amounting to $[redacted].48, when the average for the past five months was $32.99. Additionally, our furnace was off for 4-5 days last week. The fuel delivery alone cost $56.18, while the monthly bill was $45.60 plus $0.37 tax, totaling $[redacted].48. I would appreciate an explanation for this sudden increase in costs as our electric bill, even with more usage, was only slightly higher. I have checked for leaks or odors and found none. Today, my gas service was supposed to be restored after being without hot water and a working oven for over a month. My teenagers are struggling to cope with this situation, which makes me feel sad and frustrated. I had to seek assistance to pay the bill. Unfortunately, the technician informed me that some wires were cut and until they are fixed, I won't have hot water. He left without providing clear information on how to resolve the issue, leaving me feeling confused and helpless. I believe it is their responsibility to fix such gas-related problems in the house. I am in desperate need of help and unsure of what to do next.

I need assistance with a situation at my property on Windrush Circle. When a gas leak was fixed, a sprinkler pipe was accidentally broken by the crew. Although I reported this to customer service a week ago, no one has shown up to address it. I'm currently out of town in Florida but will return in two days. I'm concerned and hope it can be fixed before my return to avoid further issues. Thank you.
