I used the email addresses [redacted] and [redacted] to reach out about my A-list service account. My original account, n8elect, was unjustly suspended despite having a month of service left. I couldn't find a way to contact OkCupid properly even though their site mentions contacting them if there was an error. I didn't get a response when I emailed their support, so I created a new account, n4a2t0e, with a different email. However, this new account was also suspended on 3/13/[redacted], though I am sure I did nothing wrong. I am starting to think someone I know could be falsely reporting me as part of a personal issue. This morning, I accessed my account easily. I've received notifications all day but haven't opened the app. However, when I returned home late tonight, I found myself logged out. Upon trying to log back in, it stated my account was suspended. I searched for reasons behind account suspensions and found no clear answer. I believe I haven't violated any OkCupid policies. It's possible I've been reported by individuals I didn't respond to, as I couldn't reply to all messages. I hope for your understanding as this app has introduced me to wonderful people, and it would be disappointing to lose touch with them. I look forward to reinstating my account and to continue using the platform to connect with both old and new acquaintances.

I purchased a list about 1.5 weeks ago to see who liked me. Everything was fine initially, but recently there has been an increase in notifications of people liking me that do not appear on the "who liked you" list. Is this a common issue? Approximately 50% of the likes I receive do not show up on the list. I understand that some people may undo their like, but this seems to be happening frequently. Can you provide any statistics on this matter? I would appreciate some clarification to ease my concerns and confirm if this is a known issue or just users retracting their likes.

My account got suspended, and I'm unsure of the reason. I'd appreciate more details as I feel confused. One factor could be that I appear younger than my age; even though I'm 19, many mistake me for 13. This was a common issue in my 12th grade. This act was malicious as they even shared my Snapchat username, causing me to receive unwanted messages and friend requests. Using my real name, age, and photos (Louise, 23), this situation has severely impacted my relationships and my Snapchat experience. I registered for OK Cupid on March 21, [redacted]. I forgot my password and couldn't log in on March 22. Despite trying to reset the password and checking my spam folder, I didn't receive any emails. I left two messages in the Help Scout chat box but received no response. It's unusual not to hear back on a chat platform. I couldn't find a phone number or email on the OK Cupid website, so I emailed [redacted], but have yet to hear back. It's worrisome not to have control over my personal information. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I am seeking assistance to cancel my OkCupid subscription before it automatically renews on June 29. I am unable to find the cancellation option in the subscription tab on my iPhone. My name is Eddie Springman. I was charged for it in December without realizing it auto-renews, even though I haven't used the service in over six months. I am frustrated about paying $60 for a service I haven't utilized and not being able to cancel it. I've been a long-time user of OKC and I've noticed a significant decrease in interactions in the past year. Previously, I encountered many fake profiles. After some investigation, I learned about OKC's history of user experiments. I mentioned to a friend that I suspect OKC may be holding back likes. Strangely, I received an email notification about a mutual like, but it was from someone I had liked over a year ago who has deactivated their account. This experience supports my theory that OKC is withholding mutual likes. I'm not upset about a lack of attention, but I am curious about why this is happening. If the service is not being provided, I may consider leaving the website. I would appreciate an explanation for why this seems to be targeted behavior towards me.

Secondly, all photos uploaded are taken by me with my own phone camera. Thirdly, my conversations do not involve any sexual content. I am reaching out again about the issues I have been facing with the OkCupid website since last night. The new format makes it difficult for me to access member photos and other features. Subject: Account Banned Unjustly Dear OKC Support Team, I'm reaching out because my account has been banned, and I'm at a loss as to why. After reviewing the Community Guidelines thoroughly, I am certain that I have not breached any rules. Yesterday, I had a strange interaction with a user (who goes by Dan, I believe). I left a light-hearted comment on his profile, trying to inject some humor. However, he took offense and expressed his dissatisfaction. Despite apologizing for any unintended offense caused by my attempt at humor, the conversation ended on an unpleasant note after a few messages. I am unsure if this incident contributed to my ban, but it is the only explanation I can think of. I recently tried to log in to the OkCupid website after a period of absence and received a message stating that my access was restricted due to a violation. Previously, there was an incident where my account was hacked, resulting in someone else using my name and posting inappropriate content. Despite reporting this and having it resolved, I was never informed of any rule violations. The experience was distressing, leading me to cease using the site. I created a new account on March 29, [redacted], at around 12:00 a.m. Unfortunately, I forgot to save my password, but managed to reset it without any issues. The next day, on March 30, [redacted], when I attempted to log in, I was notified that my account had been suspended. To my knowledge, I didn't violate any of OkCupid's guidelines with my answers or profile pictures. I didn't interact with anyone on the platform yet - I simply bookmarked 2 profiles to view later. During sign-up, I correctly entered my North Carolina zip code despite using a VPN that displays my location as New Jersey. How can I resolve this so I can regain access to my new account?

On March 26, I noticed someone else using my OK Cupid account. They were sending messages to men without my permission. After changing my password, the next day I was locked out of my account and unable to reset my password. At the same time, OK Cupid charged my credit card without my authorization. I discovered unauthorized charges of $80 in February [redacted] and two $25 charges recently. I have stopped further charges on my card. On March 26th, I noticed a stranger was accessing my OK Cupid account, sending messages to men without my knowledge. I attempted to change my password but was locked out the following day. During this time, a charge was made to my credit card without authorization, as I had not made any payments since opening the account six months ago. I later discovered two unauthorized charges made by OK Cupid - one for about $80 in February [redacted] and two charges of $25 each recently. I have since prevented further charges and had the $50 from the latest charges reversed by the credit card company. When I review the questions with my potential partner, I have noticed a few things that I would like to understand better: 1. I noticed there are disagreements where we both answered the same. Why are these marked as disagreements? 2. Upon examining the answers, I observed that sometimes my answer is highlighted in red, sometimes hers is in red, and sometimes both are in red. What does this indicate? 3. While looking at the answers, I saw that sometimes my answer is strikethrough and sometimes hers is. Also, there is text in gray. What does this signify? 4. How can I determine the level of importance of her responses as 'a little, somewhat, or very'? 5. How can I identify if she chose multiple answers or all answers in the section of 'answers you'll accept'? Thank you.
